I'm in love with you and words. This speech pushes me to work harder to achieve what I have been craving for all my life. I'm 18 and I'm going to make the best of myself.

You're going to be challenged in the STEM field no matter your immutable characteristics, do not assume someone is victimizing you when they're challenging you. Study hard, strive to be the best at what you do and people will notice it and people will appreciate you for what you've achieved not for what you are.

But they were victimizing her. Why did that teacher accuse her of cheating instead of accepting that she did well? Why are statistics showing such low numbers of girls believing in themselves in STEM?

Women in Stem? The only stems you should worry about are the stems on some flowers sweetie, go work in a flower shop.
