Ask NSCN Khango why the roads are not good in eastern nagaland, you cannot expect world class roads when money is being demanded from every faction.

Ask the underground 24 factions, how much percentage they received. (Eg. 5 lakhs each x 24 groups = 1 crore 20 lakhs) So can we expect quality road.
