Stef, you didn't need to say anything. Your eyes spoke a novel. Matt and Ben wrote this work of genius, it was their first film and it won an Oscar. Right out of the chute. The casting was perfect ... PERFECT. Every actor hit the mark as if they had lived it. Robin Williams turned in one of the greatest performances of all time. Nobody but Robin could have played that role. One of the greatest movies ever filmed. You cannot have a beating heart and watch this film without tears in your eyes. It took me several watchings to realize that it wasn't filmed out of focus. Thank you for this, Stef. It was the best reaction I've seen for this masterpiece.
To add to this, the beginning was filmed out of focus but was in focus at the end. The one scene after the painting where Robin Williams is just standing after Lambeau and Will left the office... The greatest piece of unspoken acting ever filmed. You can see every emotion in Williams face all at once. Anger, sadness, fear, confusion, love, loss, and heartbreak all in one damn face.
"Stef, you didn't need to say anything. Your eyes spoke a novel" except its a reaction video, if the reactor isn't reacting then its just reposting copy written material
@@ProtossWannabe1984 Nice catch ... that is exactly what I was saying, and it was a reference to the very obvious puddles in her eyes. I sometimes forget I need to explain the meaning, but as a writer, I'd rather not. I have faith that people like you are still out there.
I'm 40 and It's difficult to describe the impact Robin Williams had on my generation, it was just immense. We connected with him through things like Aladdin, Hook, Popeye and Mrs Doubtfire and as we got older that connection broadened into exploring his more mature movies like Dead Poets Society, Good Morning Vietnam, Good WIll Hunting and One Hour Photo. For me personally I'd seen him first in re-runs of Mork & Mindy which aired every Sunday in the UK, but he also opened up the world of American stand up comedy to me. I stated seeking out his shows and that led me to Richard Pryor when I found out he was part of The Richard Pryor Show, His impact was profound and I don't think there's anyone in movies or media who has quite the same impact on today's generation.
I'm 62 and grew up with Mork & Mindy (nanu-nanu) and Robin's stand-up comedy ("Reality... What a Concept" is his first recorded masterpiece -- I could recite the entire album word for word when I was 18!). I still remember seeing him for the very first time on a couple of episodes of Happy Days, where he stole the show. (Mork & Mindy was the spin-off show as a result of the Happy Days appearances). By the time you were born, Robin was already an icon for an entire generation! But he continued to bridge across every generation for another 36 years of acting, and making us laugh and cry. He still creates new fans every time someone from the current generation discovers his massive body of work, and his spirit lives on.
Agreed. We grew up with the best of him, and watched as he truly evolved as an actor. Such an incredible comedian, but we got to grow up experiencing him creating beautiful projects like this and Dead Poets Society. I’m still amazed by this performance every time I see it.
Hearing Minni Driver cry right after he says he doesn’t love her and leaves gets me every time. That barely being able to breathe, weak in the knees, barely audible cries are almost personally real. Like, I feel like I get flashes in my mind of the times in my life I felt that sort of pain.
Yesss, she gave an amazing performance. I felt the same thing when I saw her and heard her voice throughout the scene. Just flashbacks of moments where one felt that way
Especially seeing her on the bed at the end of that scene. It's heart-wrenching. I've been in her position and know the darkness that comes with it. I feel so absolutely sorry for her - abandoned and alone after being so willing to give everything. I know it's a film, but she does such an amazing job that I just want to break through the screen and take her pain away.
@the.seagull.35that has to be the weirdest take on that scene I’ve ever read. She’s literally calling him out with the truth, and he gets defensive, like Sean says. It’s his mechanism to push people away. She was fighting to tell him that those things didn’t matter and she loved him regardless. Not “playing the victim”. Hearing how mistreated he was was heartbreaking. Just saying…I’ve never seen anyone throw blame on her. It was Will keeping his walls up.
Don’t ever apologize for not having anything to say because you were invested in the movie. You are a reaction channel. Your reaction is awesome. So many people feel they need to keep talking or commenting or critiquing the movie. And while they’re doing that. They are missing a lot of the dialogue, that was a great reaction, and I’m so glad you enjoyed this movie. This is one of my top 20 favorite films ever.
Reacting is definitely an art. Good reactors will wait until the dialogue is done & will talk during the quiet moments. They also will speak very concisely. There’s nothing I find more frustrating than a reactor who spends 5 sentences when 1 would’ve conveyed the same information.
Exactly. I've watched a lot of people react to this movie, and hers is arguably the best I've seen so far. Totally honest reaction. Will be happy to watch her react to some other movies now.
I love this movie, but Ben Affleck's performance really cracks me up. Everyone else feels like real characters but every scene ben's character is in it just looks like Ben acting like what he thinks an actor would act like. Hard to describe
@@AvereeChaloupka So he is consistent. This is something. I dont like his character either but dont know it is the acting or just written poorly. e.g. his monologue is too deep compared to what he has performed before. Construction Worker? He should have said it differently. THe script won though so Im a crap
You left out a VERY important name, William Goldman. He helped them rewrite the script. In the original Ben and Matt version it was a fast action spy thriller. Will and the boys were geniuses on the run from the NSA/FBI. Goldman had them rewrite almost the entire movie. Not to mention the ad-libbed lines by Robin and the director wanting the ending changed.
Good Will Hunting is one of the most beautiful films ever made. It's chalked full of big memorable moments... like the monologue in the park. But it's also packed with little small moments... like the scene at the end when Ben Affleck's character walks up to Will's front door, knocks, and realizes Will isn't there.
This is the best reaction I’ve seen to this movie. Because it was a genuine reaction and not a commentary on what’s going on on the screen. Your genuine facial expressions said it all.
Yeah was refreshing to see. I'm pretty sure she maybe rewatched some scenes for the reaction but certainly not as blatant and obvious as other reaction content makers. It genuinely touched her.
I saw this movie during its opening weekend when I was 26. When I was younger, I identified with all of the younger characters. I'm 53 now and I identify with all of the older characters. The movie has grown with me through the years. This is my favorite movie and I love watching young people finding it who probably really needed to find it. Beautiful reaction❤
As much as I concur about this incredible art, I hope when she revisits this years from now it's unrelatable. People growing up with foster families abusing them? Nonexistent. One can dream right.
The most understanding, empathetic and compassionate eyes and expression that I have ever encountered. You must have a very beautiful heart for those emotions to show on your face as you watched this movie from 31:17 to 32.28. You really felt it.
I cry every single time I watch and revisit this film. You can feel every emotion through the screen with Robin Williams performance. Thank you for not speaking over the dialogue. I rarely comment on YT. But your heart and immersiveness shows with your reactions. Cried with you. I appreciate your reaction amd vulnerability
35:30 I couldn't agree more. This movie is in my top 3 favorite movies of all time and for a good reason. Look at how this affected you and so many of us that live in a time where real human connection and conversation have become a rarity. We're all so scared to allow ourselves to open up and be vulnerable to other people out of fears that are (for the most part) justifiable. This movie shows us the opposite and teaches us that it's okay to be vulnerable and open up. It's the only way we can recapture real connections and intimacy, and sometimes it comes with pain and that's ok. This movie applies to us now more than ever because it reminds us to feel and to face the baggage we all carry around. It teaches us to let go of it because what we carried was never our fault to begin with. Thank you for being vulnerable with us Stef!
One of the best bits of knowledge about this film is when Sean tells Will about his wife farting in her sleep. That was improvised by Robin Williams, so Matt's laugh is real - and if you look for it, you can see the camera shake a little as well - because the camera guy is also laughing :D - I get extra joy knowing that, whenever I see the scene :D
He also leaned forward while the camera had a very specific depth of field. It's why he got blurry when leaning forward...he wasn't supposed to change his distance to the camera that much. I love that they kept it.
Robin Williams was a treasure and he gave us many gifts that people seldom ever watch. Fantastic films like "Patch Adams" and "What Dreams May Come" are two of my favorites of his. My all-time favorite of his will always be "Dead Poets Society". I happened to be in Boston a little over a year after Robin left us, and I asked the people I knew to show me where that park was. As I neared the bench where they shot that scene, I could see quotes from Robin written all over the walkway in front of the bench in different colors of chalk. Naturally, one of those quotes was from this film. "Your move Chief".
I remember seeing this film in the theater when it was released. When Robin Williams got nominated for Best Supporting Actor I just knew he was going to win it. Absolutely nailed it.
You stated that you feel like you hadn't spoken much, but its the reaction that convinced me to subscribe to you. This movie, is one of the rare occurrences where every single actor, delivers great performances. Van Sant doesn't try to do too much and just lets his actors live in their moments. Its honest and earnest, and it tends to draw out honest and earnest reactions. Keep up the good work, just let yourself feel the situations, because its not always about what you say, that gives insight into your reaction. Thanks
You're likely not to see this, Stef, but that was one beautiful reaction to one of the all-time most beautiful movies. I like to think we each become a better person for experiencing such art. Thanks, young lady... keep 'em coming.😊

I love the display of cognitive dissonance when Sean is telling Will that it’s not his fault. Will knows mentally that it’s true, but often children who suffer abuse emotionally feel responsible for what happens. Sean closes the gap and just keeps saying “it’s not your fault” until Will truly internalizes it and allows himself to feel all the grief he has held inside for his whole life. The scene breaks me every damn time 💔
The scenes between Sean and Will are some of the best ever shot. Their chemistry is amazing, and their dialogue is so natural. Really every performance in this movie is great. Ive seen this so many times, and it never gets old.
The line where robin williams says “son of a butch stole my line” they reshot that scene multiple times where robin Williams would say something different every time and when he said that line on that one shoot they realized “yup that’s the shot we’re gonna use for the film”. Stellar film

Thank you so much for this, best reaction I’ve ever seen anybody do to this amazing movie, it’s one of my all time favorite movies, loved seeing you reacting to it ♥️
Ben Affleck and Matt Damon were to young actors that couldn't catch a break. So they wrote a screen play and got some funding and made the movie. It made them.
It was a beautiful journey watching you TRULY react to a damn near perfect film. Too many reactors wanna cloud the movie with commentary and figure things out before a scene plays out. But you let the story in and play out and let it affect you in such an authentic way. It was a breath of fresh air. And it makes me happy to know you loved it.
I think Robin did so well specifically in this movie is because I think he was depressed in real life, he really felt like he used things his life to covey in this movie which make it so much more realistic. We do not have down to earth movies as much, everything is fake and two faced and people are now too afraid to talk about real emotions.
Fantastic reaction. Thank you for sharing and being vulnerable enough to just let this movie sink in. A lot of other reactions all say the same thing, they apologize for not talking throughout, just as you did. It’s an amazing movie and I’m so glad you had the chance to experience it. Thanks again for being so open.
Affleck and Damon wrote this and it is the vehicle that brought them notoriety. I think what makes it so good it that it's so real. And is Robin Williams an amazing actor or what!?
Matt Damon has an interview out there where he explains that Hollywood, etc. don't want to take risks with movies like this because usually they don't make much money. There are probably a lot of gems out there that never get made because they aren't about super heroes.
Movies like this always had potential to make money on vhs/dvd sales. Obviously, thats not a reliable market anymore. I'm actually surprised that no one has tried using thumb drive or sd cards to replace dvds. I think there are a lot of people, myself included, who would continue to buy physical movies/tv shows that came on a thumb drive or sd card. Its basically 1 Gb of data per hour of video content. Even a full season of a tv show would be less than 16 Gb. Would be a relatively inexpensive format for them to test out, and it could re-open an important revenue stream that would benefit low to mid budget movies.
Your reaction was wonderful. I always feel the feels when I watch this film, seeing you feel them so openly was a shot of spiritual adrenaline to a heart that has been devoid of hope for years. Thank you so much for reminding me that there is still humanity out there. I owe you.
This film touched me deeply... the performances and the acting was top-tier... and it never fails to bring me to tears. Robin Williams is masterful. Some other films I would put on the same level: "STRANGER THAN FICTION," "PLEASANTVILLE," "AMELIE," "ARRIVAL," "GRAVITY," and "CHILDREN OF MEN," I know you've seen "Arrival," but the others are equally worthy of your time and you'll never forget them. Cheers! (and THANK YOU for the amazing reactions! You rock!)
By far one of the best reactions to this film I've seen. You pulled me into the story just as much as the film did. Your emotional reaction was priceless.
Literally the best reaction. Everyone talks over everything. Pausing the movie multiple times to go on a 5 minute speech about being smart then going back to the movie. It’s annoying. You did this perfectly. Thank you.
Loved the reaction, Stef. This is one of my favourite movies with Robin Williams in it, and he's not even the main character. Circumstance means that Patreon is something that I simply can't afford to do, however, if I could recommend movies to you with Robin Williams in them, that I consider to be absolute must see films, they would, in no particular order, be Dead Poets Society, (a superb movie), The Fisher King, (which almost nobody reacts to because it isn't as well known as some others, and is just an incredible story), and What Dreams May Come, (which is one of my favourite movies of all time). All of those movies are astonishingly good, and are an incredible reminder of how very special Robin Williams was.
Robin has a huge body of work, starting as Mork the alien in Happy Days and then Mork & Mindy in the 70s, and then his launch into film in 1980 with The World According to Garp. In all the years he has made a wide range of characters come to life. Some are truly remarkable and some have been forgotten, but he threw himself into every single one of them. Robin wasn’t a one trick pony. He could play any role convincingly. This is one of his best.
Loved this reaction @stefsolari Good Will Hunting is one of my all time favourite films and you were basically me the first time I watched it. Robin Williams is missed that's for sure.
Of all of your reactions I've seen, Stef, and of all the reactions to GWH I've seen, this one is the best... my only regret is that you're not likely to see this comment. Throughout, I could see in your eyes you were feeling the life experiences you've had, and the feelings you've felt while watching each of the many brilliantly acted human interactions on film. Good Will Hunting is a wonderful film, one of the best ever, and you rose to the occasion. Great job, young lady.

I watch this film a few years back and I gotta say it did me some magical thing. The "It's not your fault" scene made me feel like he was talking to me as well. I reflected back on my childhood and shed good tears of release after a long time. Over a decade of confused pain gone just like that and I could finally mourn my past. I could finally leave it behind

Some of the finest acting that I have ever seen...especially the scene between Will and Skylar when she asks him to come to California with her. Just amazing...and the script that Matt and Ben wrote was superb and they were so deserving for the Oscar. Great movie...flawless really...
@Stef Solari the greatest thing about Good Will Hunting is that Ben Affleck and Matt Damon Created and Gave something that the World and Hollywood hadn't experienced since Selvester Stallone Created and Gave "Rocky" to the World and Hollywood to which the end result of all 3 of them caused their acting Careers to go from absolute nobody's to go straight to the Moon.
What a film and what a reaction. I KNEW this one would get to Stef, so clicked on it the minute I saw it come up. Also, Robin Williams is a genius. That monologue on the bench has to be one of the ALL TIME greats. R.I.P. Robin Williams.
This is one of the classics Stef. That conversation Robin Williams had with him in the park just blew me away. In the end they ended up helping each other. 32:04 That was the baggage he was carrying around that had to be relesed. That's why he was being hard on everyone. It was all bottled up. "If you don't heal what hurt you, you'll bleed on people who didn't cut you"
One of my favorite things about this movie is how Will's friends genuinely care and want the best for him. I think most people would've written the friends in as a bad influence and a lot of the movie would be about Will trying to get away from them. In this movie, his own friends encourage him to leave even though they'll miss him. Great reaction.
Great reaction, Stef. I loved the emotion. That's what great film is all about, making you FEEL something. Also, you did the perfect amount of talking. My favorite reactors let the scenes play out, then give their point of view in small spurts. Great job!

I’ve already been subscribed for a bit, so I’m just gonna head down the rabbit hole that is your channel and check out some more of your videos; I’m sure I won’t be disappointed 😄.
Great reaction. I like that you let the movie be the star, saving major commentary for the end. As to the film. It's a masterpiece. I'm a 50 year old man who DIDN'T grow up in an abusive household and this film makes me cry everytime.
Loved this movie. Matt and Ben earned their Academy Oscar for this. Basically, its about not wasting your talent and life. Start "living". RIP Robin Williams. Sorely missed. 😢
When I was a kid. I thought crying during movies was so dumb. Once I got older, I started doing it, too, and I hated it. But then I sat and thought about it to better understand why... and it's because as I grew, so did my empathy. Nobody should ever apologize or feel ashamed about possessing the type of empathy needed to understand and feel the emotions of even a fake character. It's beautiful.
This movie taught me that if I want to be in a stable relationship I have to go through therapy first and learn about myself and how to deal with traumas, only then I'd know i would be able to give true love to someone else.
This film had the magic to touch everyone! Magnificent acting on all. A great lesson for self reflection and human dignity. Robin Williams was the genius!

@@Carryout14Lol they just mean that they watched nearly the whole movie through tears
I thought the same thing. Especially in the bar scene when Will and the snob were going at it with the history lesson. Her eyes said it all
"Stef, you didn't need to say anything.
Yeah, I still remember Mork and Mindy, when it aired in the Netherlands, remember things like "Nanoo, Nanoo" and "Fly little nimnull, fly"?
Never knew that there was a Richard Pryor Show.
Agreed. We grew up with the best of him, and watched as he truly evolved as an actor. Such an incredible comedian, but we got to grow up experiencing him creating beautiful projects like this and Dead Poets Society. I’m still amazed by this performance every time I see it.
Oh, Captain My Captain R.I.P.
Just flashbacks of moments where one felt that way
Unbelievable acting in this film. Your description is spot on! ✌🏼
This comment x10000000.
At least she is not making these long speeches during scenes, like some of the other reactors do.
Exactly. I've watched a lot of people react to this movie, and hers is arguably the best I've seen so far. Totally honest reaction. Will be happy to watch her react to some other movies now.
You said they don't make movies like this anymore -- they didn't really make them back then. This one is special.
Written by two unknown young guys in the film industry.
Their names are Matt Damon & Ben Affleck. They won an Oscar for that.
Still cant believe two shitless kid could write that. How the fck did they know things like these?
@@IDiggPattyMayonnaise And the two of them rewrote it...
Thank you for being vulnerable with us Stef!
the way matt damon delivers "i'm so sorry" in that scene towards the end makes me cry every time i watch it.
One of the best bits of knowledge about this film is when Sean tells Will about his wife farting in her sleep. That was improvised by Robin Williams, so Matt's laugh is real - and if you look for it, you can see the camera shake a little as well - because the camera guy is also laughing :D
- I get extra joy knowing that, whenever I see the scene :D
He also leaned forward while the camera had a very specific depth of field. It's why he got blurry when leaning forward...he wasn't supposed to change his distance to the camera that much. I love that they kept it.
YES! I love this movie because of details like this!
Wills relationship with the girl feels so real!! How they goof off and have serious moments..feels so genuine
I remember seeing this film in the theater when it was released. When Robin Williams got nominated for Best Supporting Actor I just knew he was going to win it. Absolutely nailed it.
Robin Williams, the world will never forget you. We are still missing you, man :(
You stated that you feel like you hadn't spoken much, but its the reaction that convinced me to subscribe to you. Thanks
i completely agree with you that movies back then had more depth. Most movies today just follow a simple formula . loved it
not only intricate, but intimate. Always has been, and always will be 1 of my favorite movies all time
Thank you for showing the appropriate emotion and being okay with crying. I cry every time I watch this and it's been about a 1000 times.
The most genuine reaction I’ve ever seen. From someone who seen this in a movie theatre and it’s my favorite thank you
You're likely not to see this, Stef, but that was one beautiful reaction to one of the all-time most beautiful movies. I like to think we each become a better person for experiencing such art. Thanks, young lady... keep 'em coming.😊
Amazing that Matt Damon and Ben Affleck not only started but also wrote this movie. Back in 1997 when they were two young upcoming actors.
Too bad they’re not good actors though. Damon is decent, but Affleck is terrible
@@nsasupporter7557 lmao. This whole movie is boring af. I REALLY dont get the hype of it. I finally watched this movie last week thinking it was going to be a banger because all the reactions to it and how popular it is. Man that shit was trash. Too much boring ass talking in it. Zero interesting stuff going on. And people say its one of the best movies ever no the hell its not! Tf😅😅😅
@@crystaldreams3978 it’s a very good story and the acting was good, that’s why people love it and why it won awards. I’ll watch anything with Robin Williams! It doesn’t matter what it is, if Robin Williams is in it it’s gonna be good. But I can see your point though and I respect your opinion.
I don’t get the hype over adam sandler! He’s literally the biggest loser to ever make it in Hollywood. People worship him and treat him like a god, and they get pissed whenever I say that I’m not a fan of him… I’ve never known of another celebrity as overrated as him or more so than him. He’s the worst actor ever who makes nothing but shit movies
@@crystaldreams3978 Mate go back to the Avengers or something. You clearly have the attention span of an ant.
@@nsasupporter7557 Sandler is not respected because he's a great actor. He's respected because his movies/performances bring in revenue. And he's been able to consistently do that over 30 years. That's how he got so rich. Cash is king when it comes to showbiz.
Robin Williams' role in this movie is my all-time favorite, right next to Val Kilmer's portrayal of Doc Holliday in Tombstone.
The line where robin williams says “son of a butch stole my line” they reshot that scene multiple times where robin Williams would say something different every time and when he said that line on that one shoot they realized “yup that’s the shot we’re gonna use for the film”. Stellar film
Butch?
I remember watching this in the cinema, and when Will says "I don't love you" the guy in front of us was SO into the movie he let out the loudest, most dramatic gasp/shriek ever and everyone sat round about started killing themselves laughing! 😱🤣
Robin Williams only person I seen who could do comedy while crying inside. Now we now how true that was. I think thats what we see in his acting.
Are you implying he committed suicide due to depression? If so, you are wrong. He ended it because he was suffering from the untreatable, unimaginably painful illness that is Lewy Body dementia.
@@Senshi-df8nt Are you implying that because of this disease living in pain everyday gave him a positive outlook on life ? If so it is you who is wrong
@@Senshi-df8nt You are not supposed to be allowed to use the "S" word on Y.T. how are you allowed to post that ?
24:23 we all felt our chests go empty, we all felt sick in this moment. It's like watching the pet dog you grew up with turn into a raging beast and having to let them go.
Affleck and Damon will always be GOATS for what they did writing this script. Amazing!
This is such a beautifully written movie. Very engaging, and even though nothing flashy happens, it draws you in and holds your attention. Great acting too.
22:15 - 22:17 this part my favorite part. Like she didn’t even say it to me, but she got me all blushing and happy 💀
I was only born like two years before this movie came out. As an adult now, this is my favorite movie of all time.Thank you for the reaction.
One of my favorite movies! The "it's not your fault" scene hits so deep. You can really see both characters in it.
You won my subscription with this reaction, Stef. Please do more films like this. Ones with depth, with character, and with great acting. All the blockbuster movies full of pyrotechnics and screeching tires and superpowers will never be as good as films like this.

This is one of those movies that’s makes you reevaluate your love life because the love between Robin Williams character and his wife is so pure and wholesome that anything less than that just doesn’t seem worth it 😭
His breakthrough at the end had me bawling (along with many others scenes). This is one of my top 10 favorite movies. Robin Williams was outstanding in his role
They got you crying good on this recommendation, and if you don’t have a tear in your eye in this movie, I don’t want to know you.
It’s a movie that connects with your soul. Very rare.
FINALLY someone not talking all through the film, great reaction
I've watched this movie and so many reactions to this movie.... it gets me EVERY. SINGLE. TIME!.... You nailed it. Welcome to the club!
When movies were movies
This movie is a masterpiece .. If somebody dont cry in this movie Will not cry in anyone else
Literally the best reaction. Everyone talks over everything. Pausing the movie multiple times to go on a 5 minute speech about being smart then going back to the movie. It’s annoying. You did this perfectly. Thank you.
Now that's a movie!!!
More depth, emotion, passion, realism and importance can hardly be portrayed...
Forever THANK YOU Robin Williams and Matt Damon!
this was a real and soulful reaction. ty for making it
Loved the reaction, Stef.
That’s all right, we understand and that’s a pure genuine real reaction!
I have watched this show 50+ times… and cry every time. I really loved your reactions … they are the same as mine and it shows how deep you care about people and life. Thanks for sharing and making it special for me.
If that movie doesn’t make you cry every time you have no soul.
You handled this movie with the grace and emotion it deserves. Respect young lady.
Hey Stef, I'm not one of your 'inner circle' of fans but I just want to say thank you for this reaction. Your clear intelligence and emotional understanding just come pouring out here and it's a privilege to share those moments with you, even at this weird distance that is the internet. I think you're brave and interesting and full of heart. Thanks again.
This was the movie my wife and I saw on our first date. Amazing film.
What a great, authentic reaction. You were so IN IT! Thank you!
You were _totally_ swooned by this movie, and it made for a strong reaction. Every scene was brilliant, and they totally deserved the Oscar.
Genuinely thank you so much for reacting to this. This is my favorite film of all time. You reacted precisely how I expected and would’ve wanted as an audience member. This gave me the feeling of watching it for the first time again and I really enjoyed that
I keep watching this reaction over and over again. This movie is an emotional roller-coaster and it's amazing watching you go through all of them.
Robin ❤ ... and the smile from Ben Affleck at the end is priceless ....
This is one of the classics Stef.
That conversation Robin Williams had with him in the park just blew me away. In the end they ended up helping each other.
32:04 That was the baggage he was carrying around that had to be relesed. That's why he was being hard on everyone. It was all bottled up.
"If you don't heal what hurt you, you'll bleed on people who didn't cut you"
One of my fav ❤I cry every time I watch it 😪 R.I.P Robin Williams 🙏
One of my favorite things about this movie is how Will's friends genuinely care and want the best for him. I think most people would've written the friends in as a bad influence and a lot of the movie would be about Will trying to get away from them. In this movie, his own friends encourage him to leave even though they'll miss him. Great reaction.
Great reaction, Stef. I loved the emotion. That's what great film is all about, making you FEEL something. Also, you did the perfect amount of talking. My favorite reactors let the scenes play out, then give their point of view in small spurts. Great job!
This young woman is very pretty... However the level of empathy and compassion she showed while reacting to this... Puts her on a whole other level of stunning.
I love how intense your reaction is for each scene that was meant to bring forth a sense of joy, humor, sadness, and growth. I just found myself smiling while watching your reaction for the entire movie - as you showed a genuine sense of heart and understanding for the characters as they develop.
I will always love and miss Robin Williams.
This film had the magic to touch everyone! Magnificent acting on all. A great lesson for self reflection and human dignity. Robin Williams was the genius!
Impeccable casting, impeccable writing, impeccable acting, impeccable score. Oof, that music 😭😭😭
This is one of the greatest movies of all time. The acting was top notch and this was best reaction. I knew this would hit you in the feels. Robin was always one of my favourites and brought so much joy and emotion to my life. He is truly missed. I loved watching this again with you Stef and feeling it with you. Have a great weekend
Fun fact, Robin's very last line, the one about Will stealing HIS line - that was not in the script and totally improvised. And it was so perfect they left it in.
That was the best reaction I've seen to this movie. So natural and genuine you let the movie go on and just reacted with sincere emotion. That was so refreshing to see. So many RUclipsrs talk over the movie it becomes a bad experience to watch their reaction.
Such a moving film. Your reaction was perfect. Thanks for sharing
