I hit it straight with my wrist on extension at the top of the backswing how do I customize the ranges in settings in the hackmotion app and what are the range parameters for an extended wrist at the top of the backswing?

You seem to have the string stretched out quite long, and you are not using the glove clip. To your experience, is this the best way to get most accurate data? I've been using the glove clip which attaches the lower sensor to the glove velcro, and because of that the distance between the two sensors is somewhat shorter than what you have. I think I have reliable data for the impact, but I'm not fully sure about the top position, the wrist angle looks much better on a slow-mo video than what HackMotion tells me.

The "string" or data cable sents the position of the wrist, extension or flexion, ulnar or radial, to the nearest positive (+) or negative (-) degree. Once you calibrate your wrist to zero (0) degrees, the HackMotion sensor records the position of your wrist. The data cable is flexible to allow a comfortable position on your arm and wrist.

@@thomasesparza9175 Yes, I own a HackMotion device and I'm an experienced user. If you read my question carefully, I talked about the different ways of attaching it (using the glove clip vs. not using it).

The Hackmotion doesn’t actually help you use your wrists to make a longer swing - it just measures your wrist angle, right?
Don’t a lot of simulators measure wrist cock, too?

If by "simulators" you mean launch monitors (Skytrak, Mevo, Uneekor, Trackman, Foresight, etc.), no, they are focused on club head and ball at/near impact. The HackMotion specifically measures your wrist angles throughout the swing.

For the love of god, listen to your audio before recording. You check the picture first don’t you?
