Love that you show yourself experiencing new cuisines. I think a part of the hesitancy of trying new foods is the uncertainty of what to order or how to eat them so Nancy and Carlos' introduction to Chinese hot pot was great! Definitely will look for my local hot pot!

When you buy them, don't wash them and put them in a clean sealed glass jar in the fridge
They stay fresh for longer xxx

before you put the strawberries in the fridge, wrap them in small bundles in kitchen roll which keeps them dry ,separated AND they last much longer!

Any fridge fruit, we have found if you wash and put them into a separate mason jar or glass airtight container they last over a week 🥰

I thought that Kefir - since it contains Tryptophan - is supposed to be drunk at night before sleep... it generally is supposed to make you a little drowsy. Maybe coffee counteracts this? Love the cat wing sunglasses and the le specs red ones. Loving the BOHO styling lately :)

OK so not watched to the end, but have to dive in. I am UK heritage, but mainly cook Asian food, and have done for yers. I am a big fan of Hot Pot and yes sometimes it is the only thing that will hit the spot. What I want to know is Carlos and Nancies take on the white people food trend. I think it is hysterical. My Chinese friend says it is useful for childrens lunch boxes, but she takes the meat out of the sausage skin seasons it "properly" and then puts it in bread that is spread with shiracha. I grow Kolrabi, yard beans and chllies to make my own Som Tam
