One of the most satisfying case solves for me was finding a "secret envelope". Like you start with 0 information apart from the persons age, the hotel they stay at, and their fingerprints. I managed to find them as they were walking to their apartment, and confirmed their fingerprints. I then snuck in through a vent and found that they were conventiently asleep. I took the opportunity and started looking in every drawer. When I couldnt find it in the bathroom, kitchen or livingroom I knew it was in their bedroom. So I snuck in and began looking around. At one point they woke up but they didnt see me as I was on the left side of the bed, and they luckily got off from the right. After they had left the room I found the envelope on a table beside the bed. I quickly grabbed it and found a vent above their closet. I clambered onto a box beside their closet and managed to just barely reach the vent and escape unseen.
Honestly I love how the game enables this kind of thing, it's a very interesting and well put together game. That said though, I am constantly annoyed by simply knowing I could just knock people out by knocking on their door and slamming it into their face, then rob them blind and complete my investigation if they turn out to be relevant.
Love seeing u play this but just a couple things. 1. You seem to be permanently running (keybind issue?), which causes everyone around you to always hear you skulk around. 2. You never have permission to be at a crime scene, because you are a private investigator, not actually legally employed by the police force. 3. Pin murder weapons rather than picking them up (or both). Otherwise you may lose that piece of evidence later on.
Not a Keybind issue, running is a toggle like many games. I think he just never turns it off because the walking speed is fairly slow. Also you should pick up murder weapons when you pin them so you can scan them for prints, which you can do with anything you can pick up in your inventory screen.
btw when doing side hustles after opening the briefcase u can yeet the briefcase so it opens up inv slot .. also look for a disk that negate fall damage .. really helpful
I'm in part of where hurricane Helena hit really hard and have been without power for 4 days. The videos I downloaded of yours are all that's kept me sane and allowed me to sleep. So thank you very much for what you do ❤
@@FlierbetaOfficialHows the water level like in your area? I heard that 40 odd or so people died in Asheville. Probably one of the worst hurricanes in history.
No, it actually is *69! A bunch of bands have written songs about it. It dials out to the last phone number that dialed in. *67 is what you would dial to HIDE your own number from being identified when you called someone. *67 still works on some cell phones, not sure about *69.
Bloody hell AA, you do know you can just smash down the door, beat everyone up and arrest them, right? Reason why I always carried 2 handcuffs. I just watched 20 minutes of you actively NOT arresting someone =D Edit: Why does everyone always ignore the crumpled up paper?
When I played the v1.0 release update. I literally couldn't begin the tutorial because key inputs stopped working. Couldn't close the case board no matter what I clicked. I really wanted to play it but yeah, guess it's a refund from me until they fix their game. Can't be getting soft locked after saving the game or trying to view case information.
I can't even rename my case files and sometimes my auto travel just refuses to work. Not to mention the black voids. I used to be able to go a few main cases before not being able to progress. Now I'm lucky if I can get through one. Would refund if I could tbh. Very frustrating experience.
Everyone above is correct, the game is both amazing and a really fun procedural detective sim when it works, and also so bare bones on some of its mechanics and stuffed with an embarassing amount of bugs and stuff that just flat out doesn't work as it should that it feels like an alpha build still.
🤔 in the last case, how did u know Dia did it? The only thing u based that on was the fact that Dias fingerprints were in the appartment, and there was some of their stuff there too. BUT THATS COZ THEY LIVE THERE. I was baffled when the submitted case confirmed your suspicion.
This game is NOT v1.0 ready at all, still feels like an Alpha build with the amount of bugs and bare bones city structure, as well as a poorly balanced economy that literally ONLY serves to purchase property which, again, is stuffed with bugs and even trying to properly place an item is such an insane struggle.
This game could be so good, but unfortuantely i cant even play it without it soft locking when ever i try enter a text field. so you can't even save the game with out it breaking.

Fingerprints are labeled as you catalogue them, ordered alphabetically. So the first prints you scan will be Type A, the second unique print will be B, and so on. After reaching Z, it'll move onto AA, then AB, and whatnot. Whatever letter gets assigned just denotes the order you discovered the print, amongst all the prints you've found.
My god AA you gotta slow down a bit because running around back and forth getting shot and having to jump out of buildings all the time takes sooooo much longer

This game makes me nostalgic for IPs like Thief and Deus Ex, which were murdered by their publishers:(

This game is surprisingly fun and a bit addictive. Youll sit down to play for a few minutes and end up 2 hours into a serial sniper investigation
sadly very repetitive after each type of case

The game is incredibly buggy but it's amazing and saving and reloading fixes most problems.

Really nice game in my opinion. It lacks a bit still, but it's lots of fun and a playthrough doesn't take too much time unless you want it to.
Me begging you to breathe and read the screen xD Always great vids though
