The best offensive defenseman for the 2023 NHL Draft Axel Sandin-Pellikka season Highlight in Sweden

Sandin Pellikka is a 5"11 mobile D with great skills and great vision. We really got to see his game during the world junior and since then his draft stock when up. He is head-to-head with David Reinbacher as the best D in this draft but offensively he is clearly the most gifted one.
I got him in the 8-12 range, and I think it's fair to consider him a top-10 prospect in this year's draft.
