    I'd like a venti tensor fasciae latae, whip no foam 😋.
    I actually really appreciate this! Even just standing causes me it band related pain (and nerve pain), i guess i needed to work on it for a long time and didn't really know how.

    Do you ever after a good steady workout it takes forever to rehabilitate? Body goes into like shock everything feels drained and then bam your good to go but lost all those days. Went to Dr. But lately seems like they are more interested in money 🤑💰 than figuring out what is the malfunction all the other good Dr. Have gone to start their own practice these want to load me up with medication as a preventative measure when did all this go south?
    So hard to find a real Doctor who doesn't use us as guinea 🐷 pig's just for the Pharmacy kickbacks
