Very interesting concept, but what's the estimate on when things will start to take shape? Seems like it's been a number of years and not much has been built as far as things other than homes.
The yards aren't very big an there isn't any real space to do anything on your property. Not to mention, living in a small town has it advantages, but it also has a lot of disadvantages. Just remember with little to no privacy there is a lot of room for an invasion of privacy.

I believe Kitson himself is building the apartments. I heard they were going to be luxury apartments...not sure of pricing.

A shame that there's no mixed used development, considering that's largely what was a part of the original SolarCity plan.

Things are already taking shape. We have Publix here now. About 1600 homes. Every year will continue to grow.

Differs in every neighborhood. Starts at $137 per month and as high as $750 per month for condos on the golf course.
