Sometimes we get impatient. We think we’re missing out, we’re falling behind. But I’ve learned that what belongs to you is not going to go to anyone else. What has your name on it will come to you. Instead of trying to force things, relax and stay in peace. God is ordering your steps. He’s already lined up what you need to fulfill your destiny. If it hasn’t happened yet, it wasn’t the right time. If the door closed, something better is going to open up. You don’t have to manipulate things, try to convince people to like you, force the door to open. Let the blessings come to you. If you’re having to connive and convince-you’re frustrated, can’t sleep-you need to let that go and trust God to do it His way.

People really misinterpret the words 'a help meet for him'. The word 'help' here does not mean your servant or slave. The word 'help' here means a mate or a partner. Men also should not be alone without God either. So like they were saying, always have God as the foundation of our relationships where both the man and the woman are putting something on the table. Amen.

"How can we have a healthy marriage when we're not healthy" this is good and powerful. Can you talk more about this please?
So many are focused on marriage but not the mental state, emotional state, etc. I was in an abusive relationship/marriage for 20yrs. I didn't even know who I was. I am so grateful for all the Lord has and continues to teach me.

This is great! What the LORD as shown me through my trails. You can't love and be faithful to your spouse. When you have not been loving and faithful to the LORD and yourself.
That is why my relationship with my spouse is in a bad place. I did not invest time in and with the LORD and myself. To pour into myself then my wife.
Love your neighbor as you love yourself!

Bishop Tye Tribbett, when you were teaching on ''What kind of love is this'', you said that marriage is not a thing. And you also said that the reward should be the marriage and not the wedding.

First of all, thank you for making this digital series on Love, Relationship and Marriage.
Could you please kindly elaborate in details the purpose of marriage? Since from what I understand, God never promises a marriage. Thank you 🙏🏻😊
From what I know, the scripture about “not good if man is alone” is not referring to a marriage. It means that human beings are social beings, so that we need to have relationships with each other and being in a community.
We can be alone but not lonely. We can be a single yet fulfilled in our lives because we help each other and live in a community.
However, since we are men and women, we still have desires to be in a romantic relationship (marriage). But, there are lots of people who aren’t married even though they are in their 50s, 60s or 70s.
I would love to understand more about the truths of marriage. Thank you 🙏🏻😊

Love the LORD with all of your heart. Then he will teach you how to love yourself. Then love others.
Love your neighborhood as you love yourself.
I was trying to love ppl. Before I learned to love God with all of my heart. Then loving myself. God will make provision if it is meant for you to meet some else's needs. With out depleting your own.
