      @@missiletwentynine2667 As tempted as I am to document my build here, I know enough about shooting and editing video to know it would greatly extend my build timeline. Plus, you wouldn't learn anything from me. Your skills are on another level from mine :-)

    not related but where did you get the band saw blade to cut aluminum? Home depot does carry any blades

      ​@@Dragonrc. I bought: - 24 teeth-per-inch. That TPI has worked fine on everything I’ve used it on. Even higher TPI might be better on some of the thinner material, but I couldn’t find anything finer than the 24. As long as you leave margin to clean up the cut on a sander or with a file, the 24 is perfectly fine.
