    I've lived in North Buffalo my whole life and you're 100% right about Hertel Ave. It's the heart of N. Buff and if you want any type of food from almost anywhere in the world you just need to walk it. From Delaware to Colvin is considered "Little Italy" but along Hertel you can find Greek, Italian, Mexican, steak, Chinese, Japanese, Thai and Vietnamese and even Ethiopian food (Buffalo has developed a significant E. African community in recent years). In the past say 10 years or so we've also had a huge influx in our Middle Eastern community so there are also alot of great Halal places now as well. Great videos man. I love hearing people talk up the 716

    As a lifelong Buffalonian I dont like how you describe it as a Southern state up North. It would be more accurate to call it Midwestern or something in between. Buffalo and the Rust Belt in general definitely has a grittiness to it’s vibe and personality that makes it somewhere in between the East Coast and the core Midwest but not remotely Southern.

    You don't know how much I appreciate your videos as a Buffalonian. I've always been told to hate my city and i've grown to believe that it brings so little to the table that my only future prospects should be far away lol. However, I'm so glad that you make this content to remind me all the great things about my Buffalo. Go Bill!

    Thank you so much for this! My husband grew up in the area, and we are moving back sometime soon. I was wondering, could you do a video on Grand Island? We've inherited property there, and I'd love to have some more specific info to that area. Love your videos!

      The east side is definitely a food desert unfortunately, but there’s plenty of supermarkets in/ around buffalo
      There no supermarkets downtown Buffalo though which is crazy

    • @buffaloliving2.0devontedav65
      @buffaloliving2.0devontedav65  Год назад

      If your a US citizen you have some credit, it may not be high. You can try to advance pay a couple months upfront or find a private landlord. Third option could be a short term rental and establish some history!

    I wish my town in S.E. Erie County would leave Erie County as I hate so much of our tax dollars being pumped into that cesspool of crime. I only time my car was ever broken into was in that cesspool of Buffalo. While Buffalo has some sort of gun/knife/assault on a nightly basis, in the 40 years I've lived in S.E. Erie County we only had ONE domestic shooting. Let me tell you the problem with Buffalo is not the cops nor the Amish. I do everything possible to not even drive through it and IMO it should be against the Law for Erie County to even demand we go to that cesspool for Jury Duty.

      In the world of Reality Buffalo, NY is indeed a Cesspool of Crime, while in the Fantasy World of Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts Buffalo, NY is a Cesspool of Dark Magic activities performed mainly by Mistress Imortapernia’s Dark Magical Renegades !
