Hagar Ben Ari on Playing on Live TV | Technique of the Week | Fender
/ fender - Видеоклипы
Hagar is a brilliant bassist. Saw her play live before she got the gig with Reggie and was really blown away.
Got to meet Hagar briefly in college in NY. I remember she could play her music on the piano nicely and that had and incredible feel and pocket on the bass. She was always on demand and even took time off to tour with MOBY which I though was extraordinary. So happy to see all her hard work payed off! 🎉
Charming ! What a great bass player and personality
Most cunning bass player! Great vibe/feel!!
So cool to get some inside information on making the awesome music for the show. I feel like with Reggie every day is different, be loose and improvise. We will miss you all, thank you for all the music!!!
She is so cool , they made the right choice. I hope after the Show someone give her another great Job.
Ravishing. The bass too ;)
Hagar Ben Ari is now one of my top 10 favorite bass players ever!
I love when the camera cuts to a close up of Hagar while she's playing her bass.
I noticed that she doesn't have a ring on her left ring finger... please, marry me, Hagar! *laughing* 🥰
I can't wait to see Hagar Ben Ari play live again on someone's tour... like her own.
Cheers!
I watch or tape the Late Late Show every night mostly because of the band and the jokes. James is an expert at delivering jokes while the excellent band has had some amazing tunes that I rewind over n over...so good. They often start playing something great at the end of the show and then get cut off...the producers should let the band "play on". Would it be possible to turn up the volume a bit on Hagar's guitar?
hagar is so cool.
Pros: she is an awesome bassist
Cons: she has to be around James Corden
Hopefully she's not forced to laugh when he tell's Ricky Gervais' jokes.
It’s all about dat BASS..
100% 😄
Not anymore 😂
You rock Hagar ✌🏼❤️😃🦻
Saw you in a few covers with Pomplamoose, you rock! You looked like you were having much fun 😊
Wow... made me switch to BASS from lead guitar 😀😀👍👍
You can be both and your life will be happier
I liked the beat she played so much.. it almost made me switch to Bass !! It's really kick-ass, bad-ass BASS !! 😀😀
I wonder why people pronounce bass guitar as "Base" guitar ?? It should be pronounced "Bus" right ?? Not a native english speaker... just a thought. 🙂🙂
Pretty good gig to have. Enjoyed the short bits of her playing and that is a nice bass. What does she normally play though?
Hagar your so beautiful and I love your accent. I remember on one of the show episodes corden had a male actor guest and this guest made a bee line to see you first then afterwards he greeted corden. How can I get a 8X10 photo of you? Keep playing that bass guitar and rock on.
Yay!
Oh Snap! Is this Hagar's channel or a Fender ad?
What’s she supposed to do, pkay a bass she doesn’t like/use? Or is the person working the camera supposed to focus on everything in the building except the bass? When I see a musician playing something, I wanna see them playing it. Naturally the instrument can’t help but be shown, unless you think they should CGI in a giant banana or umbrella instead? I don’t automatically feel I’m being marketed to or whatever. She’s playing a sunburst Jazz Bass, gazillions of them in the world. If this clip helps sell a few Fender basses, good. The Fender bass was shown/heard. At no point did she, or some voiceover, go into any details/specs about the model, features, pricing, etc. it’s just the bass she happens to be playing, and hardly rises to the level of “commercial”. 😂
It's crazy being in the start of the Era Of Female Guitarists, watch out guys!!!!..Also there is nothing like a fender instrument so many variations, so little time??*..🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶✌🏼😎🤘🏼.........✍🏼
It's even crazier living at the start of an era full of idiots that believe men can have babies and kids should have their junk chopped off. Watch out guys! LOL
Its pity FenderPlay is restricted for my country.
Which country?
Whats is that bass ? I know its a jazz bass but what year series etc…???
Looks to be a current American Vintage 2 1966 Jazz Bass reissue. $2,500, available in this sunburst, white and Seafoam Green.
👍👍👌
She is so cute
Who's here after Pomplamoose?
So what is that bass?
American Vintage II 1966 jazz bass
@@donnix1192 cheers…yep looked it up and it is.
@@donnix1192 indeed. Dot fingerboard, but binding. I went prowling around fenders site to find out.
@@TNbear0126 Absolutely, it is an interesting CBS transition era which eventually lead to blocks and binding(I love pearl blocks on a bound rosewood board) but here you have the binding with dot inlays before the blocks were added on jazz necks by 1967.
Yoouy
You are very beautiful.
