Poland has this made smartly, cars and all are 18+, yet for bikes its more complex At 13 or 14 you can ride 50cc w/ limited power Then at 16 up to 125cc w/ limited power From 18 245vc w/ limited power And at 21 you can ride anything

I remember when I learned to drive my motorcycle just a helmet and with the God blessing and no big accidents or damage while I was learning the only accidents that I had it was and are now that I have more than 30 years of experience. Apparently when the smart phones came out people don't pay attention to the road any more and they are making very dangerous for us the bike rides to go for ride on our motorcycles, my point is this kid is on the back of a docking semi trucks where he has plenty space to ride the bike and get to know it. And I did the same thing with my kids with electric mini bike then a gasoline mini bike then a groomer bike and now they can drive any bike anywhere on any season. You have to start some where and some how let's not jump and start thise negative opinions. Enjoy life to the maximum and let the others do whatever they like..!! With all respect to the others opinions.. I am a happily rider of 05 fjr 1300 Yamaha for 7 years and counting. Blessing to all riders and beginners..

Once I felt from a bicycle going about 25-30 mph. I scratched my whole right side and could not move my arm for at least a month. Cos those scratches were healing so bad and watery. Can’t imagine what would be falling from that.
My uncle put me on a Honda Nighthawk 750 at 11 or 12. My first dirtbike that had a clutch i was 8. 30yrs later still loving it.(btw back then a Nighthawk was a fast bike)
