    -... as a German Biologist -
    the constant overstimulation of the HPA Axis creates a sort of Cortisol Receptor damage like insulin resistance
    to have a steady high level of Stress Hormones
    that can NOT be STOPPED by any way.
    Like Diet in Insulin Resistance we need an awareness of our Lifestyle and the PAIN Reward Pattern in the Auto Pilot
    to reduce the Stress Hormones and become Stress Resistant
    The “Mind” is blocked by HPA Axis overactivity
    The Basis to become a Drug Addict
