Dropshipping? Nah, we are drop servicing now. Drop servicing is a brand new 2020 Side Hustle, and today I am going challenge myself to make money online by drop servicing.
In this video, I explain what dropservicing is, and how you can become successful at drop servicing even as a beginner. I lay out the blueprint to success, and the step by step guide to this challenge.
The way it works, is when a customer purchases a service through your store (usually a clickfunnels, kartra or shopify store), you place the same order with a fiverr seller, who fulfils the drop servicing order for a much cheaper price.
Drop servicing is a competitor to the Shopify Dropshipping business model which will likely continue to grow in 2020. Instead of using facebook ads or instagram free traffic ads to generate sales, drop servicing uses google ads (adwords) to drive traffic. Adwords is beginner friendly and in the next challenge I will explain this 2020 drop servicing marketing strategy step by step.

The only thing that I don’t understand in this business is:
If you buy the ebook cover from fiverr and the seller delivers the order, there are watermarks on it and you have to accept the order before you get the version without the watermarks. How do you manage it if you want to show YOUR client the result and maybe he is not 100% happy? You can not send him the fiverr watermarks version of the gig because than he will find it out immediately. So what you do? You order the final result without the watermark? But I think than you are now able to make changes later on it.

What I recommend in that case is contacting the seller correctly and working out an agreement. Then there’s no watermarks and you can also likely negotiate a cheaper price for the service too, thus increasing your profit.
Baxter Persse so you think I should tell them that I do drop servicing and that I am selling his service much more high price? Also you don’t think the seller could be mad because I am using his work like pictures, videos, customer Feedbacks on my website etc. But thx for your answer in advance!

Hey, awesome Video! But I have a Questions. I Really Love the idea of this Business Model. But when your Client want a Revision you will get the Results from the fiverr seller with a watermark on it saying „fiverr“. I Think this is very obvious. How do you handle this ?
Great question! The best bet there is to get in contact with the seller directly, and explain the situation. Most sellers will be happy as you’re bringing them more business and will provide revisions etc without a watermark

I thought this was excellent but was focused on digital services. I came across a post that compared the drop servicing business model to subcontracting within the construction industry.
This kind of made me excited to think that I could perhaps offer industrial / office design services as I'm super interested in the whole interior design space.
However, I'm no designer. I could build a site, get leads then hire someone off Upwork to do the designs, and perhaps find local subcontractors to work off these designs.
What I'd do instead would be to focus on project management and client acquisition. Has anyone else thought of this?
