Subway needs to move to having mandatory ordering kiosks like McDonald’s is doing. It’s very cumbersome and wastes times to have people standing there deciding if they want olives or not and for employees to have to ask them a million questions

We have a kiosk for our drive thru, it can also cause issues too. Maybe a vending machine like they have in Japan is peak Subway 🤔
