I'm a lead line cook at a college.. late nights. Sometimes those orders coming in fast and furious.. especially on Friday and Saturday nights. You gotta be able to multi task with multiple orders at once. It can get as high as 20 or more orders at a time. I respect that slick sammich skill you got. Wouldn't mind being on a line with you.. legit.

No doubt! It takes a lot of patience to deal with that many people at once. That's one of the first things I noticed about you, was the patience, and calm way you go about it. Not everyone is built for that kind of work.
