    I'm sorry but I wrestled for 3 years and when you went down on him when you were putting up your left arm for the grab I got hit several times doing that move I'm not the best wrestler in the world but I did get hit what that move and I'm just letting everybody know that you got to be swift if you're going to pop it. Sorry just personal experience

      i mean nothing in wrestling is foolproof. the only thing that guarantees success is to always be a step ahead of your opponent. it doesn’t mean that he didn’t teach a great concept. its cool that you wrestled for 3 years but why does that matter when you’re speaking towards an olympic gold medalist?
