I drove the same route in 1992, those pine trees had just been planted. Watching these videos has been a reminder of just how much I enjoyed my time in Australia. Thanks for sharing
Still killing it. That snorkel spot was something else. You guys are naturals in front of camera, gives a very real TV show feel to things. My favourite overland channel.
Wow from from a wolf creek moment to the most amazing swimming hole I've ever seen it was like a forest but under water the water omg Thank you safe travels
All I can say is WOW! Your underwater footage of that crystal clear pond was amazing!! The usual breakdowns are to be expected considering the distance your traveling on your adventure! and you both do a fantastic job of working through them! All I can say is thanks for sharing your adventures that few of us can even dream of doing! You definitely have me hooked as a subscriber!
We did roadtrip to SA too. We've seen the big blue lake but missed the small one and sink hole. Definitely not miss this time when we head to SA after Tas.
Ross Richardson mainly just word of mouth! We also see where other people have been on Instagram and ask where it is or check the location.... that’s a great way to find some really nice spots.
The fun and games of travelling and break downs. Do you have a dual battery system? if so then you should have been able to start the vehicle with it. WOW that underwater footage is fantastic. I will have to put that place on my to go to list. Thanks for showing us and keep up the great work with the videos.
Tim G yeah the dual battery VSR has an override but the battery was that cactus another car couldn’t even jump start it.... I just got a new one and it’s all good.
Wilbur honestly they are freaking unreal, 15k kms on them and look brand new, we did 1200 kms on rough rocky dirt roads on the Oodnadatta Track and they ate it up. My family owned a tire business and out of all the ATs on the market these seemed to get the least coming in for repairs. Also so much grip off-road, and the side walls are so think you can run them at low PSI with heaps of weight on the back and they love it. So yeah would recommend.... one thing I didn’t stinge on was the tires haha.
Nice to see footage from your hometown!

@@OverlandTravellers Awesome. Love your vids.
Great footage of the ponds. Can't wait to visit them. Is there anywhere to camp near the ponds?
there are a few free coastal camps near by - we didn't actually stay at any but you should be able to find these on wiki camps.
When batteries discharge once they're never the same ever! Buy new batteries. I would recommend optima blue?
How are those Mickey Thompson tiers going thinking of getting them myself also fantastic video!!!!!!!
