The J-walker was breaking the law it was all her fault. The bike rider was not wrong and for the judge to make fun of him for making his case was ridiculous

I agree I guess she just didn’t care for his tone in how he explained it and feels as though I’m the Judge don’t insult me with your knowledge of the law however it’s such a normal for people to respond with sarcasm and I agree the judge was wrong in her response because clearly he didn’t understand her sarcasm.

If she knew the plaintiff from the neighborhood, she could have asked him what he was doing in her yard when she saw him there in the 1st place.

She should've ruled for the plaintiff regardless of the defendant age. Everybody gets old. Which means she should've known better. How long are we to go thru injustices as such?😢😮😮

Not a fan of this judge, it was uncomfortable listening to how sarcastic she was toward the defendant. He was making his case and he was right.

Idk about this judge. She seems very rude with some of her comments sometimes. Maybe that’s just her way but not my thing.
