To do a seller net sheet you’d have to find out the sellers mortgage pay off amount. Would sellers give that info? Certain sites give you estimates, I wonder if that’s what she’s using.
Can someone explain the google form for offers to google sheets. I am "familiar" with both but am I setting up a google sheet just for 123 banana street and sharing the link with the seller. Regarding the google form same form for everyone but somehow customize to be delivered to specific google sheets?
