I'm a Nigerian, and that Sarah girl did more than justice to Monalisa. She was perfect, all emotions reflected!! We approve!!!!!!
100 💯 Prozent
She's from Canada
@@jonnymarlonpalecki3373 lolopo
@@votre_nom na she’s Colombian
It was so so so hot I questioned my sexuality, dey! For a minute.
Proof that excellence in dance is not about acrobatics or aggressiveness, but flowing with the music. When she smiles and loses herself in the music that was magic. Rhythm, Smooth, Sexy, and Classy, all in one great performance!
Yea indians just show aggressive and stunts in the name of dance
Dance need to be in flow and in controlled manner
Yea indians just show aggressive and stunts in the name of dance
Dance need to be in flow and in controlled manner
She lost to him tho 😂 and losing urself in music is OK and all but NEPO smoked her , his musicality in his moves were so 🔥 audiance reactions show that , even the announcers and DJ were in AWE of him
So true. Sarah danced with technique, sprit and style. The guy is a bunch of unrefined moves and theatrics. Sarah killed him on the beat. These dances do require some technique and structure. He needs to learn the dances and stop mimicking.
@@donnajohnson5923 keep crying he definitely won
I can watch Sara dance Monalisa over and over!!!!! Such energy and fire!!!!
Exactly what I am doing
Mee too she did that
So do i
Me too❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Sara definitely gave me chills with those moves on monalisa. She’s the winner 🏆 hands down.
💯
💯🏆she kill it alooooooooooooooot❤
Your name says your owned even before yoy were owned... Ms Anthony BK.. dummmbaasss shhhittt😂😂😂😂
Best ritme
where is sara
She interprets the song like she grew up in Nigeria. It's a spirit and soul thing for her. So talented and skilled at emoting and choreography. She's the winner.
He did too
That’s Banky W wife
@@joyhappy3461 no she’s not
She amazing love it ❤❤❤❤❤
Exactly. Ancestors came through.
Who is still watching Sarah's first round in 2024 ? Amazing !
Overhyped 😅 just bcz she did some flashy moves don't mean the choreography was good 🤦 , it boils down to the sequence not just moves , oh yeah if she's a girl she needs to be overhyped I guess 😂
@@PoPSikcLeE Yeah, when a woman inspires so many people without an ounce of hatred she's gotta be overhyped. That has to be THE ONLY EXPLANATION RIGHT?!! Yikes. She brought a beautiful energy. Not the best technically, but it's exactly what makes it beautiful, it gives this sense of freedom that fits the song, the style, the spirit. She properly went in with her own identity, authentically, while using moves that belong to those different cultures and mixed them in the right sequence as you said, but thats's quite the magic. Now if you disagree, fine, but bro, please don't go around in life looking at things so negatively, you miss the opportunity to experience the light for yourself. peace
Right hereeeee
I am
Yap, repeat....repeat!!
I'm sorry the first round took the whole match. That Girl can dance. She felt the music and the beat. Hands down! The other dude couldn't dance in my opinion. He was very Gimmicky just to excite the crowd. The girl can actually dance. I Felt her spirit watching her dance in the first round. I had chills. She should've won.
Braindead
Thats why your not a judge. If you cant emotionally disconnect from each round and judge every round fresh then thats no fair at all lol. Thr girl killed round 1 but it has NOTHING to do with round 2. This is just a feeling for you. Has nothing to do with scores. Are you kidding me with thr guy cant dance? His mucicality is pretty good. You just dont like his moves. This is again a opinion not right judging.
When you watch it critical the girl took the first and the third round, her dance was superb
@@stephenabekah2639 my point is. Just calling 1 round someone a winner is absurd. This is also goes for any sport like fight sports. You can dominate round 1 and lose the rest of the rounds. Whatever she win or lose is not up to me. Just wanted let the orignal comment know that 1 round dominations has nothing to do with judgment on the others rounds.
@@unknown-je5oh and the original comment's point is "she should've won" so all your little attacks are absolutly not necessary. At the end of the day you are not a judge ever...so why are you so pressed tho ? 😂
Sara was PERFECTION. The guy countering was basically biting her style and mimicking what she had already done. Sara is a true dancer who feels the music in her soul.
Right, he should of matched her by adding the masculine side of what she did that would have been 🔥 instead of mocking her moves which of course is typical in a battle but can you imagine lol they both would have gone viral.
Yes he was jealous
He was hopping around as though bitten by mosquitoes
No. He is really good.
@@MariaM-wi7ix He still did not hold a candle to Sarah
I'm not a great dance follower and I certainly am not a person who leaves a comment on a youtube video, but I'm somehow mesmerized by Sara's 1 minute and 12 seconds, I've seen it probably more than 30 times by now and I can't stop watching it over and over again..
and the more I watch it, the more beautiful and complex it becomes
breath taking
She's the only reason why I watched it a number of times, she's perfection 🥰
True
You got that right
Sara danced to every word on Monalisa and not just the beat. She enjoyed every moment and the dance sequence was flawless and so creative. Very "sweet" to watch on replay too. She connected well with the music too. The legwork incredible and I think she is the best out of the two dancers. Thumbs up!!
As a Black American that grew up in the 80's with Bboys and PopLock.... Sarah brought the sophistication elegant and very intelligent in her dance moves.... Sarah dance flow is llike Water.... Congratulation Queen💚🖤❤

Sara’s impeccable performance is driving this video to be the most popular in this channel after just a month, beating others that have been here for YEARS. DAMN she can dance!!!! WE NEED MORE OF SARA!
Do you kmow what song they played at end is called
Sara could do any style by just hearing the music...she feels music in her soul& interprets it perfectly 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Exactly!
She danced the second song like she produced it.
Wow
Sara got the first round 100% she realy move me with her dancing step🎉

I’m I the only one that got goosebumps watching Sara dance? This is Beautiful
No! I got goosebumps too! She’s amazing !
What I love the most is that the whole time I'd been seeing this snippet of Sara on IG, I never knew she was in a competition with someone until just watching this video. I thought she was just dancing for herself.... that's the mark of a true dancer. When you're in the zone, all competition disappears. Good job Monalisa!!! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🤌🏽🤌🏽🤌🏽🤌🏽🤌🏽🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🧯🧯🧯🧯

This is the most beautiful dance I have ever seen and that is saying a lot. I can't stop watching this video. She absolutely embodied this song
Sara's performance on Monalisa is magical and she was absolutely graceful. She slayed it. It seems the song was made for her.. ♥️♥️♥️🔥🔥🔥
You could tell that the music completely engulfed Sara and her moves were so natural and unscripted. She killed him without even trying.
This comment!!!!!
The boy is also good 🤘
I think he just has a different style , I have seem other videos of him and he can definitely dance.
the guy was moving for sure but was too fast with it whereas sara became one with the music. There was many times I was left speechless with her performance, it was like it tickled a side of my brain and it all made sense. She deserved to win!!
She killed it and it was no competition. She feels the music in her soul
First time a dance ever brought tears to my eyes. Sara’s first dance def touched my soul🙏🏾
I thought it was just me Brother 😂 I’m sitting here and my eyes are watering I’m like this crazy I never thought watching someone dancing would bring tears to my eyes
And goods pimples too
I’ve been watching it on and off for weeks! Same chills every time. Whew.
@@PatronPapi1500 right 😂….it speaks to how spiritual dance can be when the dancer is really tapped in
Same here! First time too, and unexpected. RUclips's "playback progress bar" says a lot. Notice where viewers keep replaying this video (just the first minute). Yes, her moves were technically awesome, but more importantly that moment radiated joy (as opposed to contention). It was so uplifting and authentic (not forced) that it bounced me out of my chair, dancing with her. So weird and unlike me. It was awesome... still not sure really why.
I periodically come back to watch Sara for a lil pick me up.. so good 👏🏽💕
So.. It's been about 7 years since I last danced after dancing since the age of 10 (now 39). I stopped my passion for dancing due to the trauma of an abusive relationship. I still did my best in keeping my heart into it, but I just couldn't find my spark again. After watching Sara perform this freestyle to this amazing song it did something to my soul. The fire that was put out I feel is blazing once again. The passion this woman shows has made me miss the ethereal and free feeling I once felt a long time ago. Thank you for showcasing such wonderful talent and reminding us through dance that all it takes is a "couple of steps" to move forward into love. ❤ Bless
Your comment has touched my soul.. I know exactly what you mean...its crazy, I am the same age as you and currently in a toxic relationship. I use dance as a way to escape. I pray for strength and guidance for you to a life that's conducive to your purpose. Blessings and love ❤️
I understand you. Due to the trauma of losing the love of life, I stopped writing songs/singing/playing the guitar. All the best.
Wow 😢thanks for sharing I'm glad GOD has ignited your fire back 🔥🔥
There's no competition, this young lady won hands down 👏💪❤️💯🙏
No, he is really good. But in a very different way.
I've only ever seen Sara's part.
But, now watching the full clip, its safe that both dancers were exceptional ❤🎉
Sara's rhythmic moves to every word in Monalisa just moves my soul. She's simply amazing. I could watch this over and over. Love it!
Wowww! Sara! Girl, if you are reading this, just know I have watched your Monalisa dance 56 times, showed it to friends and family. Keep Dancing, Lady, you have an amazing gift!
I'm addicted
She proved dancing can be done well dressed. Respect❤
Sara didn’t win? I thought this whole time she did. But!! Life is like that. Let’s not bash the other contender. In the eyes of the world, Sara, you won! That is all. Look at all the people cheering for you globally. This has opened so many doors for you. I watched that first round a million times, and I have saved it and will send it to my nieces - they are dancers. From me to you Sara, go and make it, and make it big. Don’t pressure yourself though. Just be you and everything else will unfold. Effortlessly!

I thought she won. Don't tell me the girly dude won. That's not fair. She is a better dancer

This Sara girl did justice to monalisa. Her dance is very special
Still gives me goosebumps. Even though she 'didn't win the battles', she won the war. She is getting the recognition she deserves.
Nigeria what have you done to the world. ? ..Much blessing this dancer she killed it all

Just testing the. MIC yet!
nothing makes me happy than this video. reminds me of my best friend who loves dancing to michael jackson. at dancing events he would go on stage and dance and everyone would worship him and cheer. its been a year since we dont talk anymore
Her round one is magic was into the beat 💯, murdered him completely, her round one has been trending so far, can't count the number of times I've seen it. Sad she didn't win. She should keep that energy in round one.👏👏
I agree. I have watched it countless times
Her round one is trending... How did her opponent won🤔. Anyway im not the judge
I've been watching it too
She killed both round one and three for me, she should have won.
Her next dance wasn't strong. Her first round was great
Watching Sara dance is like a dose of happiness

Oh yea 👌🤩
i think i watched different versions of her dancing to monalisa like 20 times today. instantly bought the song because i didnt know it before and im just sitting here smiling watching her dance. it just makes me happy for a moment.
I can't tell you how many times I've watched Sara's part. I had no idea she lost. I'm like how. Lol she bodied that 1st round. THAT was dancing...in my opinion. She gave us every beat as well as the lyrics.
❤
After first round I was sure she won. But Nepo won 2nd round just as hard, Sara really dropped the ball in the 2nd round. The tie was close, Nepo barely won that. I think if the rounds were swapped, and Sara goes out on a W from Monalisa, she would have won and there'd be no tie.
@@karim_ghibli Sara didn’t drop the ball on round two lmao
She was definitely robbed!
Yes, that round one was absolutely out of this world. You could sense how the music was floating into her body .. such a magical moment.

The dance, the vibe, the ignition of the crowd in the room in Sara’s first round is so beautiful. And I love how the girl in the black shirt is cheerleading to the greatness while it’s happening.
Same, she was showing what I was feeling. ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
you can feel she is humble ! that is why her moves are exeptionnal !! gurl trust in you ! you are already the teacher
Both are such amazing dancers. I wish I could embody their talent. Sara's movement flows like the ocean. It's a calming wave but a force of energy when it needs to be. Dance is like her native language. Unlearned.

Every day since I found it 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Same. And still... watching it.
Proof that no matter how many performative techniques you may learn in order to entertain, if there's no spirit in the movement it simply won't hit the same way. Dance is a form of prayer. This sister killed it - she's in the spirit! I could watch her dance all day😍🔥🔥🔥
Wow, her first round was very sensational, on the zone, just another level from the whole battle !
His first counter was unsensational, out of zone, just defined the rest of the battle !

Sara’s Monalisa dance battle really showcased both Colombian and Spanish influences. Perfection ❤
IT ALL ORIGINATED IN Africa, know your history why do you people lie so much??????
@@barbravire8994 I'm basing it on countries she's representing in this competition, and where she grew up in. You need to chill out and just appreciate the dancer.

All Africa, all the time. It’s the Africa in both Colombia AND Spain (don’t forget the Moors). It’s cool though. We’re very accustomed to being the invisible originators of so very much. BLM ✊🏾

All my life I have never seen anyone dance to any song as perfectly as Sarah danced to Monalisa. She was magical hopping on her right foot three or four times. She danced into beat throughout the song, never missing one beat. Perfect👏👏

Wow she didnt win? She was the better dancer for a fact!
So she never won???😳
It's obvious the judge misjudged this one, cause here's everyone saying Sara should have won including myself. Or probably they were looking for the least dancer not the best dancer.
As much as I come back to watch Sara's first dance, I can't help but always be impressed with Nepo's 3 rounds. He's so creative and dances with a lot of spirit.
Sara is the Queen !!!I l I am hypnotized by her dance .All my love and respect for her!

Both great but been watching Sara danced Mona Lisa on repeat for a month now! Lol it just brings me joy.❤❤❤🔥🔥🔥🔥
Definitively is a matter of opinions and feellings. I feel she nailed it the first round. Maybe the other 2 rounds she didn´t keep that vibe or energy at the same level but I think he didn´t do anything outstanding or memorable. The real thing is her first round went viral and people love it. She won people connection and hearts around the world.
