This flows just like a HeartSync session..... so very much.... The main difference is that In HeartSync, Jesus is always intimately engaged and the Holy Sprit leads. The facilitator doesn't suggest as much, but lets the parts explain what is happening (ie, if there is a hug between parts or if there is resistance - always very important to hear from any little movement of resistance!) . I SO appreciate being able to break open the parts work in a Catholic context. This is so aligned with St Ignatius' focus on being attuned to interior movements.
Wow!! This is so amazing!!! Such great therapists sharing deep, rich, inspiring, and helpful counselling methods that release the trauma we hold from the past. I am so grateful for the 3 of you doing interview! Please, do more!! I have all of Dr. Bob's books, and I have just purchased Dr. Gerry's recent book. And I am enjoying listening to Jake's helpful counsel. I'm going through Be Healed and Litanies of the Heart and find they are both in sync for what I need. Thank you again for wanting to help those of us who are lost in this past trauma. You are all so blessed!!
