Hello! Can you PLEASE make a video on how to calibrate the treadmill settings? There is no way I’m on the treadmill for 30 minutes and have only gone .12 miles.
Thanks for that video, how do I set manual laps if I have a workout like: - 1mile run - 3mins walk - 1 mile run - 3mins walk etc or if I am doing 10 x 30 secs runs etc I have read a lot of forums but no help at all, hope you can help. Thanks

Does the interval setting allow you to do unlimited intervals, or are you limited like with the Fitbit Ionic? The Ionic will only allow you to do 49, which won't get me through a mile and I run half marathons.

Can you explain how to remove run/walk intervals? I wanted to try them out, but now I don’t know how to get rid of the alerts. Super annoying for the run/walk alerts to constantly pop up
Thank God a few people have figured out the confusing mass of tech half-baked instructions offered in the manual. What a tangled mass of badly explained notes by people who already know how to use the confounded thing!

so i can put every time i will run to start automate with out i must select run to record all data I have selected ..???
Which would you prefer, VA3 or VA3 Music, if music is not needed?

Select Run > Settings > Alerts > you'll see Run/Walk there, if alreday set then touch the little green slider so that it goes gray.
