Appreciate you clarifying the scripting of the ISK video. Whilst it didn't offend me, my first impression of it was of a sponsored video. Constructively I think the biggest issue with it was that the information presented was so high level it wasn't usable in any way at all. What I love about your channel is the transparency and detail you go into about the subjects covered.

I think you could do scripted things if you wanted to do brief explanations of things, like a few key points you want to get to, hammer in and then close out a video cleanly. But you have a natural style that is already very good so definitely no need to script more than to keep on track for that kind of thing! Edit: Also please don't get discouraged by the response to one style of scripted content. It's a different style of video and it is definitely a skill that can be practiced. If you prepare the mindset ahead of time that you'll do an experimental video every once in a while where you're testing the response you can kinda shrug it off if it isn't what you wanted.
LOL On your scripted video I thought you were doing a comedy skit, acting as a pseudo talking head. Great stuff as always. I used your 1 million offer when I came back to Eve. Had to relearn everything. First time out doing hacking, got blown up in Hi Sec by a Triglavian fleet. That was new. Didn't know what the hell happened, it happened so fast. Got some MCTs from a bundle offer. I don't know how to apply them. I am thinking of creating 2 Alts and hope I can the MCTs to them. Not sure what they do.
Personally, I'd say stay away from scripting. A lot of channels get bland really quick because they script it and it just doesn't sound genuine. Your podcast style of making videos is very entertaining and a great listen.
I had a cloak in my orca too, until I realized that I could not cloak while the industrial core was still cycling, after that I gave up on the cloak module, but maybe in some scenarios it would be good to have it for sure
It's funny that you're talking about scripting... the last vid I saw(top 10) did sound that way. I talk for a living, so I'll recommend that if you WANT to do a tighter video format, just go with an outline of bulletpoints. But either way, love the content - so do whatever makes you comfy!
What do you think CCP needs to do to help improve mining or changes to mining ships need to be made. Would like to hear your thoughts on this if you have any.
Bro… I’ve watched / listened to almost every one of your solo mining videos lol if I look forward to listening to someone talk about putting lasers on rocks and stacking veldspar you know they have the ability to entertain… *constructive critique* personally I feel like your content is not just entertaining but it’s informational. The “scripted” vid about making ISK (I think this is the one you were referencing) was not an issue for me because it was scripted, it was because it was just a list of activities players can do with some flare to them. Based on the content you provide, I clicked that video so fast because I was looking forward to your wisdom and insight but when I realized it was more you just providing some fluffy ways to talk about ways that ISK can be made, not what your opinion was on the best, most efficient ways for a solo player to do so, steps to reach each activity, etc… I felt let down. That being said a combination of both would have kept me engaged, regardless if it was scripted or not! Keep up the great work!

There are larger corps out there. I'm KarmaFleet and there is someone mining or doing pvp at almost any hour. But sometimes yea, you're solo.
