    Chef Tatung and to all your fans - sa pagpapalambot ng tuwalya, paa ng baka, baboy, at kahit anong karneng matigas, ilaga ang karne kasama ang balat ng pinya (kainin na lang yong laman para hindi sayang) mas madaling lumambot at tatamis pa ng kaunti ang lasa, asin at paminta lang ayos na ang sabaw; (Caution: Wag damihan ang balat ng pinya baka mag-lasang sliced pineapple ang karne)

    mas gusto ko tong panoorin simple palagi ang mga ingredients di tulad ng iba ang lala ng mga ingredients na akala mo eh palaging mayayaman lng ang nanood sa knya😂😅

      Yehey! Thank you so much! For me kasi, kung ano lang yung madalas mong makitang ingredients sa kitchen mo ang mas ok gamitin. Kung meron mang additional na kailangang bilihin, yung madali rin lang mabili sa market or stores. Para mas Simpol ang cooking.

    I don't put sugar and flour . the gelatinous skin or beef tendon will provide the thickness of the broth . I don't also use the pinoy tomato sauce .

    I like your style because you make cooking fun and simple. Isa lang ang request ko sa iyo. Pwede bang gamitin mo ang "ITO" ss halip na "SIYA" kapag ang tinutukoy mo ay pagkain at iba pang ginagamit sa pagluluto. Salamat.

    Isn't sofrito also mirepoix or aromatics a mixture of celery, carrots, and onions. Gisa in English is saute right? Saltear is for Spanish

    There is no Chickpeas?? original Callos Madrilenos which Filipino Callos came from has Chickpeas which is ubiquitous to all Callos Madrilenos aka Filipino Callos.
