- This Filipino savory pork blood stew is not everyone’s favorite. But if you like it, you will surely love this recipe. Delicious and easy to cook, too!
INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
1 head garlic, minced
4 pieces onions, chopped
1 large piece ginger (around ½ cup), finely chopped
1 kilogram pork (kasim, pigue or liempo), cut into ½-inch cubes
1 tablespoon salt
Set B:
1 cup vinegar
1 ½ cups water
Set C:
4 cups pork blood (around 1 kilo)
4 stalks lemongrass, white part smashed (optional)
Set D
6 pieces fingers chilies, cut diagonally
Fish sauce, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
1 pack sinigang sa sampaloc mix

Kapag may dinuguan sa hapag kainan, hindi ko na napapansin yung ibang ulam. Ganun ko ka love ang dinuguan. 😋
yep the best dinuguan ay yung may asim. Bago ako bumuli sa mga kainan tinatanung ko muna kung maasim yung luto nila bago ako bumili
Pag ikaw nag luto ang dali, gagayahin ko na nga, nanonood lang ako lagi, longganisa, at kaldereta, palang nagagaya ko
Ito ang inuulit ulit ko panuorin kc para dko malimutan ang procedure ng pagluto

Dami ko pina nood na ways of cooking dinuguan,pero eto yung gusto q kasi,the niluto at yung outcome ng itsura,at no sugar.ayaw ko kasi ng dinuguan n matamis,gusto q yung meyo maasim.

Unsay dugodugo sampayna mana sa bisaya
Dito samin sa bicol hinahaluan nmin ng gata na tinutungan. Sinusunog sunog nmin ng konti yung coconut meat bago nmin pinipiga yung gata niya so parang may milky/creamy na smokey flavor siya.
This one was my favorite procedure of cooking dinuguan.. napaka simple at napaka dali.. thank you chef for sharing this kind of simple cooking!

Out of all the videos for Dinuguan I chose this one because of the Sinagang ingredient. Adding it gave the dinuguan a flavor I immediately enjoyed! The lemon grass is another instant favorite. I won’t go back to cooking Dinuguan the regular way. Thank you for sharing!

My lola put the vinegar after the blood was added to the pork then let the vinegar boil first to avoid stench flavor then add water. Well, thats my lola's version 😀
