Same here in Nueva Ecija, we called it tinumis.
For us Ilokanos, tinumis is the intestines with pork blood. Not the lean meat.
Also in NE,,Tinumis ,,,,,Luto sa Sampalok po ntikman ko,,yummy ! 👌👍👏🏻😀
