There is injustice to us ,as British Law is being still implement / followed in terms of entitlement of CSD Ration Quota and ECHS facilities. (1). We are retired at early young age but that Service becomes a curse to us in terms of resettlement despite various good policies may be available on papers. (2) INCOME- Tax we want to contribute to the Nation as law abiding citizens. Would like to suggest account holding bank should be directed to file a income tax return as per deposit of all account holders and individual should declare about his all other account and his total savings as per law each year. (3) Promotion policy in Defence as well as in civil has a various administration irregularities / procedures specially concerning to balance numbers of years service needs to be corrected instead of punishing us for the rest of our life for a Social Status.

The Hon'ble Supreme Court has given the re ent latest judgement for all NANA cases disabled Ex Pensioners are entitled for disability pension according the case NO - 4949/2013 ( Dharmbir singh vs UIO ).Still no action has been taken by concern ministry so far.
