Hello, a voice flûte is a recorder in d, 415 hz ; lower as an alto, higher as a tenor, without any key. Several instruments are conserved in museums and in the Frans Brüggen collection. An instrument in d permits to play most of the baroque music for traverso, instrument in d 415 hz. I made also a voice flute in d 440 hz, that can be heard and seen in "Bach, BWV 1031, with Sayuri Nagoya" on youtube. She plays the original score in E flat major, 415 hz, sounds D 440, and I play a voice flute in 440 hz , the score transposed to F major, sounds ... D 440 or E-flat major in 415.

As the lower note on a voice flute is D and the lower note on an Alto is a F ( it's the same fingering but will sound a minor third lower than an Alto and a major second higher than a tenor ) please correct me if i'm wrong.
