Lots of unique tips that I haven't heard before. Anyone who has the Weber Spirit E-210: make sure you don't turn your propane tank on too quickly or the regulator won't allow a full flow of propane and you won't be able to get a super hot grill. I learned the hard way the other night.
Excellent video. Thanks gents I've got myself a old 2 burner BBQ, and have cleaned it , now looking a doing a roast pork collar as a test cook. Video a great help. Thanks from Chch, New Zealand.
I have an outback excel BBQ with a simular gas bottle storage below. Can the bottle stay here below the BBQ whilst in use as I'm looking at getting the exact same Flogas Gaslight 10l bottle?
I find sausages are best if they are allowed to cook indirectly for a while as they burn so easily. With my 4 burner bbq I almost always cook with the far left or far right burner very very low or more often off completely.
tip for cleaning.. The iron cast ( grill ) can be rather sticky and is actual a bit difficult to remove the fat on it and it will feel sticky all the time.. After cooking When its cool lay it on your grass and the next day its easy to clean. ( it have something to do with the "acid" pm value in grass+moisture. ) ( be sure the iron cast is cold so you dont start a grass fire ;-) ) Alternative you can also use a lemon and cut it in half and use it on the iron cast. Let it sit for a few minutes and then take a cleaning spongeand clean the grill that way you can avoid using chemicals sometimes. )
Weber say their grates are porcelain treated/coated. The grates you have on the two burner in the video (spirit is it) look like raw cast iron. I’m confused as my new BBQ has the circular sear section and looks like raw cast iron. Is it?
Good video. But totally disagree with not needing a cover if you keep it outside in England or Ireland. The lads in Weber have never lived in Dublin were it rains 200 days a year on your bbq! It’s too much, get a cover.
Very useful and well made video, thanks! Do have to point out that the idea of seasoning grill grates while also burning off manufacturing greases is contradictory. The oil applied for seasoning will also burn off. To my understanding the only chance to create some seasoning and not burn it off is to apply oil on pre-heated grates immediately before cooking. This is not to say oil shouldn't be applied on cast iron after cooking to prevent rusting. (Being theoretical here, because my experience is only with Weber Spirit's porcelain-coted grates that do not require oil to be applied per Weber's instruction.)
I just purchased the Weber spirit two burner grill. Can anyone explain what the setting for the burner knobs is for if you move the knobs clockwise or up after starting? What is that section for? I can't find any information on it.
Was looking at the tanks you were using. Would like to get the same for my Weber. I assume they are from Hexagon Ragasco/Viking Cylinder. They don't sell a green tank. Could you tell me what size your tank was in the video?

Bruh I'm just sitting in class and I thought of propane bbq how can you cook with propane? You can use charcoal with the propane but my family didn't use charcoal so how can you cook with just the propane tank?
Great material. I'm about to cook on a propane grill for the first time tomorrow, these tips are priceless.
They are mostly useless.

Very helpful tips for someone new to using Gas bbq

I've had lots of big box store grills and even though it's a little more expensive up front the Weber has been by far the best grill.
Useful tips thanks very much 👍
Excellent job ! Thank you guys 😋
All your videos are great
If I was cooking on a 4 burner and wanted to do burgers, kebabs and sausages would I direct grill using all 4 burners?
I find sausages are best if they are allowed to cook indirectly for a while as they burn so easily. With my 4 burner bbq I almost always cook with the far left or far right burner very very low or more often off completely.
Good video blog, Keep up the very good work. Thanks for your time!

How to fix the gas tank to de bbq ? I have a kinda those plastic tanks
Blue tac.
Wait, you can turn the knob and gas will come out? No safety? In this day and age?

Not sure I'd want to leave it out for 10 years in the Australian sun either. Covering it isnt that hard.
Just BBQ indoors….
Very useful and well made video, thanks!

I always lube up before cooking.
Don’t need a cover?
Can you just place that warming rack on the cast iron to get indirect heat
If you have a lot of food cooking should use all 3 burners always?
No, just one to save gas, or all off and eat raw also works.
Hi, just a thought on filling the BBQ with gas, Propane is heavy then air and would exhaust through the bottom holes.😉
If 150 deg. C from both burners means you're getting +75 deg. C from each burner, then I assume you're barbecuing in the middle of winter??
Weber's cast iron grates are porcelain coated. Seasoning isn't necessary.
Mike Stock good to know first time buying gas grill
Is porcelain good for anal lubrication?
Great video!

Have you tried it yet?
For turning off
Thanks.
Great tips but the left / right microphone setup is disturbing.

Might be a year late, but These look like Vitogaz (A Rubis subsidiary) Composite tanks. Probably 7.5kg or 10kg. EDIT: 5.39kg (6:05)
you can get them from flogas in the uk, called "gaslight" , this is a 10kg one
Thanka guys ...
Nice work ...👍🏾
American propane tanks are a bit wider and much shorter..That tank is ridiculously big..
size of the fuel tank please?
12kg net.
Spirit II E-21 vs Original E-210 if they are the same price?

The gay store.
Good video
Guy on left doesn’t want guy on right to get a word in. Any time guy on right makes A point, guy on left has to do one better. Hate people like that.
dude this is scripted they will have prepared what they were going to say
Definitely.... Let him finish man!
I notice this before you did..
100% can't stand the guy on left
Thats some weird looking propane tanks! 🤔😂
flogas gaslight tanks - they're a bit lighter than the metal tanks
Weber's don't have cross burners
may I know the size of the fuel tank? thank u
10kg
I was the 1000 like :)

Naterial bbq
Name a better duo than these two
Torvil and Dean.
If these are their best tips, I'd hate to see the worst tips. A video like this is only useful for a person that's never seen a gas grill before.
bro you didn't let the guy on the right end one single sentence... don't talk over people it's rude asf.
What kind a freaking gas canister is that it looks like a bomb dude you’re a bad gas canister
Those are composite canisters.
Boring
I know, I was expecting vagina like you.
Useless tips
Pretty much.
