- I’m sharing the progress on my cover page and my start to the 1st prompt for Field Notes, which is “spring bulb”.
Here is a link to the first video which explains some of my ideas for giving a vintage look to the pages.

Thank you for watching!
Becca, this reminds me what I would call field notes from Beatrix Potter, when she drew little animals on her walks. Just wonderful. I’m so excited to see all your work on this project.
@@carolynhamilton3316 Ohh I love Beatrix Potter’s work. What a very sweet thing to say. Thank you! 🥰
This is already a masterpiece, Becca! The style you have chosen for this book is so true to a real field notes book. The tulips are simply gorgeous! You are so talented ❤❤❤Many blessings to you!
@@giusicoluccia6594 Thank you so very much, Giusi! I’m hoping to make it look like a real field notes book. 🤞🏻 Many blessings to you too! ❤️🥰❤️
Love this page, the sketches in brown look aged and vintage looking. Great start.

I agree, no lace. Very authentic field note.
@@pamyaun936 Thank you, Pam! My feeling too. 😊
Oh my, I am loving this, and in particular what I really enjoy is that you don’t need to go and buy specific products or more fabric, use what you have and it comes out beautifully. I am in Australia and want a very Australian theme incorporating our natives, so you have given me a way forward. Thank you so, so much. 🇦🇺🦘👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💖
@@carolb801 Thank you very much, Carol! Yes, I like using what I have and the freedom of blank pages to create what I’m inspired to do. Your Field Notes will be very special with your native species. I’m happy to have inspired you. 🥰🦘🐨
I'm with you Carol, I'm an Aussie and I too am inspired by our native flora and fauna .... hope you enjoy your project. I think I'm in love with Becca hahahaha
