Very interesting video. That sounds really difficult, almost impossible to get through. I'm learning Japanese now and couldn't imagine taking university classes in it.
Thanks for your support! It's all about the moving goalposts haha. Now that I went through all of that, I have chinese and Korean friends who speak THREE languages, and now I'm trying to learn Chinese. Now that seems impossible. Maybe someday four languages will haha
Thanks for sharing your experience. I am baffled at how you went to japan right after highschool (at least i guess you also did that since you said you‘d especially recommend attending the jlp after highschool). Congrats on getting so far even though you had some rough times in the beginning of uni.

are there any fully funded scholarships to apply for in Japan? I may pursue a master's degree at a japanese university insha'Allah.
There are a lot of scholarship opportunities, and I recommend applying for as many as possible to cast a wide net.
do you recommend doing study abroad in japan? a lot of my unis have it
Definitely! You should go for it.
Did you make any Japanese friends at uni? Or is it still hard for a foreigner to fit in
Yes 😂
