i really love these videos! watching the colour get incorporated into the silicon is very satisfying. I wish you guys the best of luck and hope you upload again soon. Blessed be, have a good day/night!
Do you store the rolls of silicone until you need them or do you only mix up the colors you need right away? How do you decide what color to make for a mold?
We could not store the colorful silicone after mixed, since the agent could vanish in 3-7 days.So we need to make when the order parts need to be fabricated according to the plan. The quantity is calculated with the finished parts quantity and a tiny waste materials.
@@ShreshthTiwari You know ashes to ashes and dust to dust?! Well the Silicone becomes dusty polymer again such is the nature of ALL living things mate.
Please please please make more long videos...love watching them before bed! Dont cut them short. I like seeing all the way through till its perfect at the end.
hello, great video. I have a few questions about this, is the silicone organically peroxide crosslinked or is it a platinum crosslinked HTV silicone? Is an extruded product created from this, or sheet material for, for example, cutting products? What is the Shore A hardness of the finished product? Do you also make silicone compound to create silicone sponge for extrusion? I worked for many years in a multifaceted silicone processing company, hence my interest. Thank you very much
Hello, based on your experience, I am doing tests with silicone, after vulcanizing it, it comes out as if it were burned, wrinkled, do you know why that is?
@@TomChris hi, thx for y question. To give y a helpfull answer i neeed first a little bit more information. How high is the temperature y use for vulcanizing? So did y make test with solid or sponge silicone? Haw is the silicone vulcanize, Ofen, Hot Box, Roture qure, autoclave, hot salt bath etc.? Is it a silicone with peroxid networked or platin networked? For me without information my first thinking is there to much of sheap filler in the silicon mix.
Thanks for the videos, really mesmerizing 😊 what does a machine like this called? I’d to see you drop 10 cheese block into this monster and see what happens 😉🧀
Okay, I'm obsessed with this. When do they decide on the colors? Like, is there a meeting about it or do they just grab whichever pigments fancy them in the moment and see what happens? What do they do with all of the silicone? I bet that they are smart and don't try to eat it. You would maybe have to tell me a few times not to eat the Forbidden Taffy, and yell at me as I'm carted away in an ambulance. I'll learn, maybe. 😂😂 So if you do meetings to decide on the color, could I justt pop in virtually and tell you how much I want to see a brown one, with gold glitter? It would bring such joy to my little steampunk heart. 🤎⏱️🩶⚙️💛
it’s five days late, but i have a theory! putting the roll in vertically makes it tall enough to hit the top bar, which pushes the roll down into the gap in between and because both metal rollers are rolling towards each other, when the silicone reaches the other one, it isn’t turned up and out, but rather down in between, because the friction pulls it i hope i could give you a satisfactory answer!
Right?? It’s probably more technical than it looks and a fair bit of math regarding the colour chunks vs plain silicone, but it just looks so chilled out.
This stresses me so much. What are the safety measures? Do you have to keep some button pressed with your feet at least? Like if that beast catches your hand... brrr!
I know this is an old comment but if you look to either side of where he is sitting(the one I. The right is fully visible at times) their is a black and yell box with buttons the red and green buttons at the side closest to the machine are the journal on and off buttons but the slightly larger red button is an emergency stop switch that will immediately halt the machine if pressed, in many videos you can see one of his hans hovering off to the side when not touching the silicone and when it zooms out a little you'll catch the housing of one of the emergency shut off switches that he is hovering his hand right beside. Emergency off buttons like that are pretty common for industrial machines and it's not uncommon for there to be multiple switches for one machine
I would love for the government/military to actually be safe. My husband is permanently handicapped by a training event, and was forced out because so. He was out before he was 25 and wanted it to be his life's career.
@@blackstar4735 fyi I'm sure you still aren't going to understand my last comment so I'll clarify that I clearly wasn't talking about the military because if you haven't figured it out yet taking a position in the military means your body and life are disposable to the greater good of your country so safety laws in military is just silly.

This helped me sleep!! will watch the rest of the videos! Kudos to this channel
So satisfying to watch!!😻 Thank you for the uploads!
I am so glad you like it.
that's such a pretty shade of blue!!
This is a really beautiful shade of blue
Very satisfying to watch the stuff mix
Me too.
You have a great job...
Very pretty color
Very nice color
Thank you .I am glad you like it.
Does the silicone get pressed so that it's thinner
These videos work very well at 2x speed.
Yes,but the machine voice will be chaos.
You roll prefect
Asmr when I really need to distract myself!
Do you like the small moutain in the time?
I love the color! Very pretty!
Do you have raw silicone on standby and then mix it to the maunufurers specifications, or do you make everything from other raw materials?
I like it while it is still marbled.

What's being made with the silicone.
Nearly everything.
adult toys

Sort that emergency stop out. If you get your right hand caught in the silicone you stand no chance!
There's one at the left and one at the right
So the white stuff is silicone? What is it used for once it's mixed?
A lot of stuff, actually. I've seen drinkware, toys, shower stuff... just off of the top of my head. Silicone is remarkably useful in all of its forms
Yes,that material make our life full of colorful beautiful things!
Sad it has been a year, miss these videos!!!
quick question does the silicon fluff up like slime does while you mix it like this because it looks so much bigger at the end.
It’s the same size
It is the same size.
Is it bad that I wanna go through the rollers?
That is crazy idea,I never thought.
I'm confused because I'm seeing green? Teal and Turquoise are both Greens
Its like a blue-green color. Plus some people see it more blue or more green. Different perspectives
PS: personally it looks more like a light blue
It looks more like a light blue
It looks like a sky blue to me.
Teal and turquoise are shades of blue.
Tiffany blue or robins egg blue…. Love this shade
Hi Jenny i need to know how to print silicone it is screen or other process and what kind of ink is required?
No.It is the course of mix with the roll.
I would love to do this job

It could exercise your muscle as well.
