      I think its just not good overall because of many reasons. Investors are not really trying to help your business they just trying to get a come up and possibly take over your business

      Two people who aren't experienced is just two people clashing while they learn new kings. It's not always bad. But it's bad more often than it's good.
      But if one person had a background in electrical and infrastructure , and the other has a background in restaurants..... That might be a great team. One maintain the physical building, and the other has energy to focus on the food and customers .
      Restaurants constantly need oil traps cleaned...... Toilets snaked, electrical maintained or changed.

      Because too many fights and problems can happen. Money problems are the most common one

      Gotta pay them. It'd probably work on a loan basis but if you're paying them a percentage of profits and running at a razer thin margin you'll lose money long term.
