Roland Spot colors and Versaworks settings

Hi There, What happens if the Versacamm doesn't recognise the RVW Spot Colours? I have followed your tutorial to the letter and when I open the File Fomat dialogue, the spot colours are not there! HELP!

If you are just printing some art that came from the web. Do you choose convert to spot colors to keep the black from looking green? Please Help!
