ARR has in fact composed for broadway. His musical genius was spotted very early by another living legend in this own right - Sir Andrew Loyd Weber (Cats, Phantom of the Opera, etc). I mean early from the P.O.V. of international recognition; it was however 10 years too late from an Indian perspective as he was already celebrated like national treasure by then. Anyway, ARR and Weber collaborated to produce Bombay Dreams, an absolute gem of an album/show, which featured adaptations of several of ARR’s best melodies at that point as well as original new compositions. This was literally the only time that Weber produced a show featuring a composer other than himself - a HUGE testament to Weber’s conviction in ARR’s genius. While the show was a huge success in the UK, it didn’t do all that well in the US - probably too ahead of it’s time (2002-2006). Incidentally, ARR has also composed for The Lord of the Rings musical. Please do listen to Bombay Dreams sometime. Truly worth the time.

Prabhu Deva has 2 other brothers that are choreographers; his older brother is Raju Sundaram!! In reality his oldest brother is a huge choreographer, bigger than Prabhu. Prabhu deva features in more movies as the protagonist. In the song Chikku Bukku Raile (you reacted to it!) his oldest brother is the one that comes at the end and gets the girl (in the red outfit)
