Very informative and enjoyable, this was one of your better videos, Anubhavji. Mr. Purohit, in the beginning, was more bluster, but Mr. Agarwal made up for it. Learned something new about the iconic food item many of us love. The Haldiram family also has an interesting Kolkata connection, probably due to the Marwari trading community.
The depth and nuanced understanding of a baniya about his business is simply unmatched. There is simply no end to his profanities. One can sit by him and just listen to him speak on Bhujiya all day long. Proud of our Rajasthani Baniya Community.
The manufacturer n seller will promote his wares wholeheartedly to get best profits.. he is recommending bhujia can be eaten any number of times in a day .. Only diseases will follow if not eaten sparingly.. Seeing his body n fitness level he should be a eye opener for all those who wants to indulge
I am amazed at the numerous ways they have found to malign a great product. Bikaneri bhujiya should be preserved and a GI designation obtained. Also, I am surprised no one mentioned the use of an edible soil in the use of bhujiya. It is used to supplement calcium.
