Jones Clayton is the best customer construction firm in Central Florida, hands down. Yes another fantastic build.
That house checks all the boxes. The interior designer is obviously at the top of their field. And let’s not forget the builder with all the materials they’ve used it’s so tastefully done. In every room you entered it was a huge WOW factor. What more can I say other than WOW!!! I tip my hat to all involved. I’m excited to see what’s next. Keep up the great videos love them.
When it comes to luxury builders, it doesn't get better than Jones Clayton Construction. The owner is well respected and engaged on every build. And their team of project managers are the best in the business.
This home is above and beyond … the entry into the theatre 💕💕💕 the kitchen 💕💕💕 … all of it .. just spectacular ❤

This house is extraordinary! It is obvious there is a lot of collaboration between the developer, builders , the architects and definitely the interior designers and they worked well together to put together a master piece like this home . It is so luxurious and the attention to all the subtle designs that made it so personal .

I have never seen a more beautiful home…the property is lovely but I absolutely fell in love with the way the designer, Shanna Gatanis, translated the owners wants and needs. Each space is so carefully designed and crafted to create an overall forever home. Can’t say enough about the way each room seems to flow into the next one…so incredibly well done on every level.

Great interiors, the lack of privacy isn’t for me but great to be on Disney property
Can you imagine building a multi million dollar house and your view is the hotel I wouldn’t like that
Exactly what I was thinking and no privacy fence with a pool I don’t understand at all.
That hotel is the four seasons where rooms go for 1k plus per night. And you get the fireworks from Disney. I love it.
I think it’s weird that people would want Mickey heads everywhere in their home. I get that people love Disney, but it’s just weird that people want corporate branding in their home as decor.

These houses are 10 to 13 million....seriously expensive. This is basically on Disney Property. This is more house than most people need.

Here is what I want to know...how much is the actual extra fees..like the HOA. I know I get the clubhouse, but whatelse do I get for that as a homeowner? Especially in the 4 seasons section, because I never see that yearly money side. Especially now since they took away annual passes as a homeowner or club 33 membership.
You are required to have a membership to the country club, it is like 2000 dollars a year or something. Anyone who buys this house has massive income from stocks, bonds, lots of passive income and probably makes at last 1 million or more a year from their day job. I think it is crazy to pay millions for a house that isn't waterfront property.
It must be nice to be that rich.
The novelty of places like these ware off fast tho. I have wealthy friends who have bought massive places but than after a year wish they got something less over the top and smaller. But hey if you got the money to buy such a place go for it for the experience.

Single-family residences are all sold out. You’ll be looking at resale at this point.
That said, there’s 40 new residences coming if you’re open to a condo or attached villa style

I love the cruise ship room, but the bathroom mirrors are not to scale. Those are Teddy Bear ears, not Mickey ears!

The area around disney, especially windermere, is turning into beverly hills of florida. Celebrities, exotic cars, and luxury estates everywhere. Exciting to see it happening!

Sure, super cool house, but after all that money then you're living in a gated community, with no pedestrian city life, where you have to drive for anything except maybe golf. I think I'll stick to my downtown Montreal loft, but to each their own I guess.

Aside from the theater, this is not my jam. It reads hotel vibes to me. I miss seeing more ornate detailed styles in homes. These new ones look so homogenized. But if the buyer loves it, who cares. I love that we all have our own style and likes. Some people like their cucumbers pickled.

Wowing experience. Aren't the owners concerned about the size of their carbon footprint, first? Second, with global climate change, how are they guarding the structure against more frequent and powerful hurricanes?
Cool home, but the homes have next to no privacy. Two sides of the neighboring Four Seasons hotel have towering views over the neighborhood. Some homes have it worse than others, like this home in the video, when you're in your backyard, everyone in the hotel can see you.
Privacy in gardens does not exist in florida. So fkn weird
I think I'd get tired of all the Micky Mouse touches. Same with Star Wars theater.
Buying a house now is next to impossible. And if you do buy one expect to lose your tail when it drops in value. Stick to eating biscuits and not believing these realtors.
It’s great to see corporate greed at work, slicing off land for profit instead of being used for amusement parks. Walt’s dream is truly dead. Thanks Bob. Hope Elon buys Disney and gets rid of all this elitist BS. If you had money for this house, Disney would not be the location.

@@kenpozek Hi Ken - the basis of why I am floored about this combo. The Four Seasons brand is a worldwide high end sophisticated brand started in Canada. I am Canadian born, very familiar with Florida and the Disney brand, worked and lived in Los Angeles for many years. The Four Seasons brand has never been/is not meant to be associated with a brand that deals with fantasy, cartoons, amusement parks, etc. let alone now building a community of homes around the golf course. It is obvious it is due to the location. I hope this is a one off and not perpetuated worldwide. I am aware Disney is in financial trouble with park revenues down. To partner with The Four Seasons becomes a new revenue stream at the expense, which is the concerning issue, of turning this hotel chain into just another of the many family hotel chains out there. This is akin to asking The Ritz chain (can insert others here) to be Disneyfied.
