It was a huge moment for copyright wins in the yt sphere and it was all because h3 decided to stand up for themselves. It was like six years ago or something, you don't remember?

I think she’s honest with her lawyers. It’s a lawyers job to try to defend even if guilty, and they have to maintain confidentiality.
However, her lawyer I’d probably regretting getting involved. The guilt of having to pretend to support someone so wrong would eat me alive. I imagine they didn’t know what they were getting themselves into. I feel bad for whoever they are

I believe Colleen made the hi. video knowing she wouldn't be able to recover from all of this and wanted to go out with a bang to get as much money out of it as possible. The video has over 11M views- she's making her money. As long as people talk about her she'll claim videos to have an income, and because of how outrageous her final response was, you can bet people will be talking about her.

There’s a board of professional conduct in my state that deals with complaints and determines punishment for lawyers that break the rules of professional conduct. Maybe a few lawyers have made a bad name for the profession, but most lawyers are ethical people. Your reputation is important as a lawyer.

So here is what I think happend, I think Colleen might didn´t claim the videos and uploaded the song. However by the people that came forward so far ,we´ve seen Colleen letting people do a lot of stuff for her, so that when people get mad she can always say it wasn´t her....

Its actually pretty easy to fake copyright claims, i remember years ago on twitter and youtube someone was fake copyright claiming as Toei animation anything with dragon ball related images or videos, including fanart, and targeting specific youtube channels. Ppl figured out it was fake from a very slight name discrepancy on both that had never appeared as an official name, being Co, LLC instead of the official Inc. The same thing happened last year where a youtube channel got struck for like 200 channels, and it was shared everywhere that the company was taking vids down, but it seemed that it had the same name discrepancy, altho i think that part is less known, and wasnt really covered. The same is probably happening to this video
