    What a big joy to watch Panarin, this year he is the NHL most complete player: making play, scoring goal, checking... everything he does is of the highest production level, yet always in beautiful, elegant way

    Mika was flying today. Even aside from the points he looked on top of it. Very dynamic and lots of speed in the neutral which led to a lot of chances. He needs to remember that he’s not just a one timer machine. He’s always been a great versatile two way forward. He just has to play like it. Kakko looked good too tonight despite the lack of points. Knew where to be and had some great looks and physical play.

    • @commie22
      @commie22 5 месяцев назад +3

      NYR will need all their stars clicking to make a run at the cup, so it’s great to see Mika finding his game again. They’re a different team when he’s tearing through the neutral zone. I think Kakko has been stepping up and his game has been very consistent down the stretch. He might not be as dynamic as they hoped when they drafted, but he’s a solid two way forward that tires out opponents with his puck skills and edge work

    I notice a pattern not typical from my experience of watching hockey since i was 5 yrs old (1965); the refs seem to penalize the team to help the other team either catch up so its not lobsided, or to let the home team or favoured team, win.....it's very consistent, and to me, obvious....is this the new 'way' of the 'rainbow' league? pretty disgusting and defeats the whole purpose of 'real sports'...the woke seem to feel 'sorry' for everyone, except of course, unborn children....

    • @GdF420
      @GdF420 5 месяцев назад

      Yes. For as long as I can remember NHL refereeing has always had issues with applying rules according to the rule book only, regardless of the score -
      But imo it was worse before in 70s 80s 90s. In the 2000 decade they started to call hooking and obstruction and that opened up the game -
      And with two refs I feel the quality has also improved
