Thanks for checking out the video, glad you liked it! It is so relieving to see the lake this fall, let’s hope it stays that way for at least a little while 🤞
This was awesome Daniel! That is a great name...danmo-flow...perfect! It was so good to see what you have in your archives to compare with! Wow what a difference! (Oh and I got ads so you must be doing well!) aside from those of us who just want to see your adventures on the lake! You know, today when I was on my way to get a massage, I saw this guy walking on the road picking up trash...he reminded me of you and others who do this for their (our) communities...I rolled down my window and yelled to him 'thank you for your service' and he told me 'your welcome...have a great day!' ...that was the epitome of human kindness, caring for the environment and human decency. It made my heart smile, a lot. It made me want to leave my car and go help him collect trash. That is inspiring stuff right there. It was a busy time of day, so no way people didn't see him, I wonder how many people noticed? But to him and I, he made all the difference even if no one else noticed. That I think encompasses what you do, I recognize it and I honor you and thank YOU for your service to Big Bear and to the community (as well as to all the people you massage daily). We all reap the rewards whether were aware of it or not! Well done! Oh btw, your pics of this year look how it looked when I left in 2014. Do you happen to know what the lake level was then? I would guess it was very very close. I am happy for Big Bear that it is almost full again and I hope it continues to prosper and bring prosperity to the community. I know that you and Syd always prosper no matter what, you guys are a couple that inspires people all around you and beyond. Tell Syd I said Hi! :) Chirl
Wow! So awesome to hear all those wonderful things you have to say and it really really means a lot! Tapping into that feeling of community is something that might be hard to do in a large city but is all but natural in a collective like big bear! Wow, it’s already been 10 years, that’s crazy how time flies so fast! In 2014. I think the lake was generally only down, a little bit from where it is now, it wasn’t until a year or two later that the levels fluctuated more. Wish you well and hope you’re doing great!🫶
@@DanielMorello Well on the scheme of things, this feels to me like 'Big big bear'...the main difference is the redness of the state...but there are still people here who do community things and to me it feels small...way way smaller than the valley or especially LA, but bigger than big bear...however, I feel like the area in its beauty is comparable, just on a bigger scale...bigger mountains and bigger lakes...but I love it here... Have you ever been to CDA? If not, you should visit, you would love it. So much to hike, bike, fish, drive, kayak, boat, fly, ski etc and see...only 2hrs from the Canadian border. You guys should come some day...Syd can fly you guys here :) I wish you well also, both of you...and you let me know if you ever decide to come to town, well eat, boat or who knows, lots to do here. 💚
