one thing I noticed, all of his latter designs and even torchman seems to refer to eachother. the bulky proportion of fireman.exe, the clean straight lines of both heatman, it amost looks like it's new updated versions over .exe
also, yes, the thin blue really adds a spot fo color that pulls .exe design together
