One of my favourite songs played beautifully in stunning surroundings by an extraordinarily talented player. PERFECT! Thank you so much for sharing your talent!
Watching this, my first impression is what a beautiful place! And then, all these beautiful tones, and this beautiful and amazingly young girl playing such a complicated instrument! Awesome performance, and a very professional video of it! As an afterthought, I also think about the instrument itself. How does anyone come up with ideas like this? It looks like a harp laid down, but there seems to be a lot more to it, with all the levers and that bar at the heel of her hand. And it sounds absolutely amazing! Thank you for putting these videos out there!
The FIRST time this masterpiece was played in the open air was around 30 years ago by the writer and guitarist - Peter Greenbaum, (Peter Green) and am not sure as it was so long ago and cannot remember who the drummer was, but am pretty sure it was not Mick Fleetwood The venue was the Green around the Inner Temple outside the existing religious temple in London EC4 and those of you who who live and work in London will know this is just behind the shops and PUBS off Fleet Street in the open air and was was over 30 years ago by the writer and guitarist - Peter Greenbaum, and was played on the green of the Inner Temple outside the temple - I was involved as the amplifier they had bought with them failed and I (working in Fleet Street) had just built a 75W TRANSISTORISED 12V DC BATTERY powered amp - we rigged it up and played Albatross 5 or 6 times before the batteries died - the test was a success, the music itself was (and still is) world class and as a Techy i realised then that music was the only sane thing left and if nothing else Albatross will be played at 200w aT my passing which sadly is MONTHS rather thAN years - NO REGRETS- Big John
Oh My Goodness! I can't believe such sound coming out of it, and she's barely touching it! The heel of her palm is apparently on a sustain-bar. I don't know that much Fleetwood Mac; she could be making mistakes and we wouldn't even know while being captivated. If you can work that, you will go far; the Proverbs of King Solomon says, "If you see someone who is good at their work, they will not serve before obscure people, but before Kings." The drone photography and setting are wild, too!
Trust me. I LOVE this music, especially this song. No mistakes here! The tone of this instrument is amazing and in the hands of an artist like this, sublime!
hi michael, you would be forgiven for thinking that's maine ! you would not be alone.it's finland, the young lady is finnish, the instrument is finnish, and i am sure that anyone from her part of the world who visits maine would feel very at home there. an old irish guy in brittany, west of france, who knows and loves maine, best wishes
classic rock will live forever thanks to these bright new stars

It is traditional Finnish musical instrument.
