They just need the Hercules beetle power, which is City level because both Chris and Martin overpowered Hercules who was stated to be able to destroy a city. Aviva dodged electricity in the parrot episode and Jimmy dodged lightning. The Kratt Bros win pretty easily. With fusing and growing, they can fuse the Hercules beetle power, spider power, and maybe tardigrade to resist homelander’s laser eyes. The Kratt bros have actual feats they don’t just turn into oversized animals.

Idk much about PJ Masks or Paw Patrol, but one is just 3 fairly competent super powered children, one of which I think has super speed. The other is a bunch of dogs that almost definitely have some crazy fucking feats. Also, Homelander wouldn't take children or dogs seriously, especially not puppies, so I think they'd just whoop his ass before he can even "lock in"
