    I've been saying this for years but as soon as I have more time, I'm taking this class and competing. Sporting clays competition is fun but I want to try this.

    We have a step like that in boxing it’s called the “Dempsey” step

    Take a really close look at the modern baseball player when are stealing second base. If speed is the goal, the crossover step is faster?

      Runners have to be able to dive back to first base if the pitcher throws a pickoff attempt. Otherwise they would probably orient directly towards second base.

    I'm sure your last shooting example would have been more accurate if you weren't doing it for instruction. Often times trying to really show emphasis causes a reduction in performance.
