When we bought our house as a short sale 9 years ago, we had a whole house to paint, and little money to spare. So to save some money, we bought returned mixed paint from Benjamin Moore. Alexandria Beige is one of the colors we ended up with. It’s in our master bedroom, along with some white, mint, and gray-blue. I love the color and it’s so calm and cozy to settle into at the end of the day.

My wife has a deep pumpkin color behind her wall bed. That being said, she would like to have the 3 remaining walls in a complimentary color. What would you suggest since I do not want to take the entire bed unit apart? Thank you in advance.
I have the same issue .. depends on the other colors in the room. I’m debating on sherwin Williams Sea Salt or Evergreen Fog .

Nope, not this one for me. Still reminds of the bandaid beiges Im now getting rid of right now we just bought house a year ago and loved the bones of the house but definitely getting rid of any beiges. I like more muted tones or hues.

Absolutely!
No, just no, James. Dark colors are not my vibe for walls, except once the dining room's two walls were rust red on which I painted gold flowers and people thought it was wall paper. Now they're Sea Salt and I love it. My somewhat English country style home likes light walls with darker Oriental carpets and oil paintings. Even with modern rooms I wouldn't want this color. Doesn't mean I won't watch your discussion of it!
