    Very informative and helpful. Thank you. Could you do one on the basics of wound care. Like cuts, burns scrapes etc for good quick healing, preventing infection?

      GREAT question and I should have included this...using rubbing alcohol will work by wiping the thermometer down from tip to the end. Wipe down using a cotton ball, cotton round, or cloth. Some information does suggest warm soapy water, rinse and air dry, but that's only if your specific thermometer is capable of this. Thank you for watching! Lisa
