Is it weird of my that I could sit here and watch crafters like this ply their trade all day? I always love watching someone create, whether it be pottery, sketching, painting, no matter what it is, I love watching the process of something being created. No, it's not always beautiful to some, but it's beautiful to me because I love the creation process, and it sometimes isn't what others would consider beautiful. The piece that comes out makes me think on what the crafter thinks and feels, and I enjoy learning this.
    Like I said.... I think I'm a little weird. ^.^

Not weird at all, I think you explained it rather succinctly. It's a very much core human practice to actualise via creating in the world. And I also think we create, although only in our minds, when watching others craft. Hope you have a nice day friend!

They want so little for such beautiful pots. The maker is very skillful.

What is the clay? It looks very fine and capable of very thin walls

MBW W looks like porcelain to me. Like you observed it didn’t seem to have much, if any, grog. Plus I doubt he would use a heavy duty kiln like that if he wanted to fire anything less than cone 8-10 so earthenware wouldn’t survive those temperatures

It is definitely, porcelain. I have work with it and it is so soft that it feels like cream cheese on your hands. Once you work with it you don't want to go back to earthenware. By the way I know the throwing technique on this video.
